The thermometer is really convenient and accurate. It designed for both taking ear and forehead temperature and the non-contact function is definitely a plus. I used for checking body, room and food temperature and the number came out really quick. Especially due to the COVID-19 outbreak, having a reliable thermometer is a MUST. This thermometer can also keep track and memorize 35 sets of numbers which helps to monitor my temperature for days. I really recommend this thermometer.

As the title states, this unit is very accurate in ear mode, especially if you remember to set it in ear mode before taking the reading! Try as I might, with the one I got, I could not get consistently accurate readings using the forehead scan. It takes longer and the readings ran two to three degrees below normal, as indicated by a traditional glass thermometer. The ear reading is instantaneous and was spot on every time, so that's the way I'll always use it. I was going to go with a forehead only model but saw that this one was dual mode and got it instead. I'm glad I did.

We bought this to replace our very old Braun thermometer. The accuracy on it had diminished over the years. We haven't had any sickness as of yet, but the thermometer seems to be consistent in readings. I love the large backlit display and auto-off feature. it is very quick in reading temperature, and can be used on the forehead or in-ear by removing the top cover. Overall I would say this device is worth the money.

I got this as a present for my wife. She is a nurse and she does most of her work as house calls to patients she sees regularly.She really likes this thermometer. It came with a really nice case.As you can see from the pictures the tip is removable and can be used in the ear for a more accurate reading. It works without contact on the forehead too just not as exact as an inner ear reading.The display lights up very well so it can be read even in low light.She also likes the fact that it takes regular AAA batteries, no need to buy wierd batteries to make it work.It also has a nice beeping feature when it has recorded a stable temperature. The beep is very soft so it won't startle anyone. But it can also be turned off.I have taken several pictures with it in my hand especially so you can see the size of the unit.

I checked this products review, so many buyers say it is very good, then I decide to buy it. I received it yesterday, and test about 30 times, it can memory the data. But you need change to memory mode first, this very important. You can press the "Memory/Mute-unmute" button to enter the mode, it is too convenient. I use it to test the forehead temperature, it can show the exact date in 1 second. And can also test the room temperature, this function is more suitable for refrigeration and any other place.

Awesome product I ever have! It works great as an adult thermometer and baby thermometer. Being a dual mode thermometer is really cool because it takes readings like a professional Celsius thermometer and can be converted to Fahrenheit too.

Matter of getting used to the method. The readings are accurate. I did 3 spot checks and all the readings from this thermometer are exactly the same. It also takes readings very quick - about one second to get the results. Just what you need with a sick child.

I purchased this because my toddler absolutely hates getting his temperature checked with our ear thermometer, this product is nice because you can do the forehead but you also have the option to use it as an ear thermometer. The readings seem to be fairly accurate and you have the option to save the readings to track a fever. My only complaint is the difficulty of switching between modes.
