Easy to just throw in the bathtub
This helped me SO much post-partum. I recommend ignoring all the complicated instructions, throwing one of these bags into a shallow bath and just soaking in your bathtub. There was a noticable difference in my comfort after taking a bath with one of these! I was reading that warm, not cold, promotes healing. Cold (like padsicles) reduce swelling and can be useful immediately after birth, but after the first 12 hours, warm may be a better way to help healing.

the herbal sitz baths saved my lady parts after birth. I bring baby in the bath with me sometimes too. we both enjoy it. they soaking seriously helped the swelling and soothed me. highly recommend.
