Did the job
Left over lockdown gels we’re getting beyond a joke. Decided to attempt to deal with them myself. Found the soaking method most successful, needed longer than 12 mins, ended up painfully scraping the ends off but eventually did the job

Don't need to buff - patience key.
I have just finished my first bottle of this & am about to order more. I use mylee & bluesky polishes (generally last two weeks with no chipping) so not sure if that makes a difference but it's the best one I've used so far. Doesn't dry my nails or skin.Bizarrely I've found I don't need to buff the gel first, I'm not sure why. Using lint-free cotton pads & clips I tend to leave for 20 minutes or so (can take longer if I've got a glitter layer, once to the top coat has dissolved I buff the glitter off then reapply wet cotton) & reapply for any bits that haven't lifted themselves. I don't use any tools, it's only 'ready' if I can shift it with another fingernail. No damage & once clean my nails don't look like they've had gel on every day since March, just healthy nails.Much better than when I had a nail tech do them originally, the removal was too brutal. It takes a while but maybe that's what makes the difference - patience.

Great product
Came within 1 day. The acetone removes gels great and doesn’t have a very strong smell like others do. The acetone isn’t very drying either I found so leaves the nail nice and moisturised. Trusted and tried brand also so 100% recommend!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I bought this to remove gel nails with extensions, which it says it will do within 10-12 minutes using the tinfoil wrap method. This is NOT the case! I used tinfoil wraps for 30 minutes and it did nothing. In the end, I resorted to pouring the solution into a bowl and holding my nails in there ... They eventually came off after 2 HOURS! Do not waste your money, just buy 100% acetone ... Much cheaper and quicker!

Perfect for removing keratin hair extensions
I bought this to remove the keratin hair extensions I had done back in January and with hairdressers not opening any time soon I was getting desperate. I’d bought a hair extension removal kit elsewhere but the acetone it came with clearly wasn’t 100% as it made the bonds all sticky and nigh on impossible to get out. So I bought this, even though it’s for removing gel nails and it’s absolutely brilliant. I got them all out in no time and with plenty leftover I can keep it to remove gel nails once I start having them done again.

Barely able to remove regular nail polish
Barely able to remove regular nail polish. I bought it thinking I will be able to remove gel nail polish as reviews suggested. Tried this many times and even got a nail keeper but didn't penetrate my gel nail polish. Used it to remove clear nail polish which seems to do the job. Tried to rwmove blue regular nail polish and i had to scrub hard and reapply this many times to get complete removal.

Not worth the spend - doesn’t work on gel nails. Disappointing
I’m sure my bottle had been pre-opened before delivering to me as packaging was falling apart when it arrived and product had spilled into it. The gel nail polish I had used didn’t come off easily even with using this acetone. Disappointed in my purchase.
