Brain boost!
I take roughly double what is suggested and I notice a really nice boost in brain elasticity. I can think clearly with this! I'll most likely buy this again.

Good in my shakes
A little goes a long way. I got this plus their kale because I don't eat enough veggies. Hope I will derive benefits. No bad taste when mixed in morning protein drink. Taste is not detectable.

Some Great Broccoli Extract !!
This is Some Great Broccoli Extract !! I Looks just like the powder inside of my New Chapter Organics Broccoli Live Plus supplement capsules at a fraction of the cost with all of the benefits. Granted that this product is not organic, but I don't believe that this vegetable would have that much if any need to be sprayed with pesticides and as far as GMO's; there aren't any GMO broccoli that I know of & I feel the reward is much greater than any risks that there may possibly exist, so I made this purchase. And what a great purchase it has been. I bought some S&B Japanese Wasabi, S&B Japanese Curry Powder, & some S&B Japanese Hot Mustard and mixed all of these spices with the BulkSupplements Pure Broccoli Extract Powder; made my own capsules with a kit from here on amazon & SHAZAM !!! I have some Super Active Broccoli Extract Powder Supplements. After taking the supplements now for a week, I have noticed increased energy, skin clearing, decreased inflammation, & a sense of well being all without any tummy upset ;)). So, go ahead and give this try, I believe that you won't regret it. Good day & Good Health To All.

10% dirt or 100% clean/pure broccoli extract?!?
This product gets a 1 star b/c the pckg doesn't have enough info on the nutritional value. I really don't know what the hell i'm getting. The company says "clean & pure," so if it is, why not list it? I mean, it doesn't say even the fiber content related to the amt used by teaspoon measurements. I even checked out their website, it says all their products are lab tested, so if they are, then show the lab results, the nutritional value of the powder. I buy Spirulina (algae), the green powder form, the bottle lists ALL the nutritional value of the supplement you're paying for. I live in Oahu & I know the lab's on the Big Island where it's made. And they make the same claims as this company, but show it on their pckgs. Any food or supplement product can claim this & that, but I want to see the validation of "clean/pure," not just the words. For certain vitamins, healthy teas & protein products have been found to have heavy metals (eg. lead, mercury & arsenic) in them. But ppl buy these certain brands b/c they believe, if it's sold in a healthy drug store, it's legit, it's ok to consume.I love broccoli, but I don't know if this powder is "clean/pure" 100% of time it is sold to ppl. This powder is very gritty, like pumice I use in my dental office to clean dentures. I'm surprise other ppl that gave it 4-5 stars don't want more info on the powders they're buying. Again, it's so easy to buy into the words- clean, pure, natural, GMO free, fat free, gluten free, organic, etc-etc.- but I want to see more info on the health product, not just the mg/tsp, this I can decide for myself.

It's ok
My doctor recommended me to take this thing for my health. I took it for about 2 months, but I didn't see any improvements. It tastes awful, the powder is so easy to make a mess, and it doesn't dissolve in water very well. I just hate handling it every day. My table is full of this powder, and the thing of it is it becomes very sticky with humidity. It gets tightly stuck to the table and you have to rub it off. All in all, it was a horrible experience for me.

Like putting vegetables in my coffee
I add some of this to my morning coffee. Every time I do, I think, "Hey, this is like putting vegetables in my coffee. Yuck." But the taste is not offensive. It's even a bit on the sweet side, though some might not agree with that description.Recently, scientists have found that a compound in broccoli called NMN (for short) seems to have dramatic anti-aging benefits. However, NMN itself does not seem to be commercially available yet, or at least not economically. The scientists say that a person probably could not eat enough actual broccoli to get the benefits of the concentrated NMN they used in their studies, so I'm hoping that maybe this broccoli extract contains it. Even if I'm wrong about the NMN, I at least will still be getting the other benefits from broccoli extract that others have described. As I've stated in other reviews, I recently discovered BulkSupplements and I have become a big fan. I like that they provide pure extracts, and the powdered products provide a nice break from swallowing capsules.

Helpful for Alzheimer's, prostate cancer prevention, and other pathologies
Broccoli is extremely rich in nutrients, including polyphenols. These substances demonstrate a range of beneficial health properties as antioxidants, anti-inflammatories. They can protect against age-related oxidative stress and neurodegeneration. There is some evidence that substances found in broccoli can prevent or slow the development of Alzheimer's Disease.Broccoli is especially high in sulforaphane. Sulforaphane in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli seems to have protective effect against prostate cancer by helping the body to better detox carcinogens in the body. This water extract should have many of these beneficial compounds, so it is a good choice of supplement for days when you do not eat fresh broccoli.I would still eat fresh broccoli when possible though, as no extract will have all the beneficial compounds found in the whole plant. Also, no measurement of content for any specific compound of interest is included on the CofA.
