Took a few hours to assemble with quite poor instructions. Feels solid and well built so should last several years based on first impressions.As has already been mentioned when building this make sure you have a large floor space and a clear pathway when lifting up I.e no lights on ceiling in the way. Weighs a lot so will need 2 people to lift
