Work good and reasonably priced
Papers work just as they should. However I would prefer to use the blue Rizla papers as they are even thinner but work just as well. For some reason they cost a bit more which I refuse to pay.

Useful not just for cigarettes
The paper makes a good knife blade sharpness tester according to the Knife Grinders blog, they suggest a cigarette rolling paper test done on Rizla Green rolling paper (approx. 17gsm). For the longitudinal push-cut: "Hold the cigarette paper vertically, slice the end to get the blade into it, then push-cut down. That is only possible at 110 BESS, i.e. about 0.2 micron edge or finer. That level sharpness are found on some professional meat processing knives so this test therefore can serve as a “gold standard” for butchers, kitchen knives and alike." It's a lot easier to slice thicker newspaper in comparison so this is a much better gauge for improving your sharpening skills.
