This is an excellent product for most people, as many do not receive sufficient amounts of vitamin D. Vitamin D3 is essential. The berry taste is pleasant... liquid vitamins are awesome. I have ordered this multiple times and will continue to reorder.

This is an excellent way to get your Vitamin D3 -- which most people are lacking, especially in winter -- without having to swallow big capsules. It's a sweet liquid that's not delicious, but tastes more like a kids' drink, and I find it easy to take in four or five swallows every morning.
