Unlike most I guess we turn the thermostat up or down to control the heating so can't comment on programming etc.Quick and easy fit and looks good. I was replacing a Honeywell T40 which has a switched live, Yellow wire, but I couldn't get it to work...Customer support were very quick to help out and provided the wiring diagram I've attached, it's logical when you see it and really should be written into the instructions so my only complaint is that the wiring diagram / instructions could have been clearer.

First it seems strange there is only 2 uk reviews..This item is not very good, first the clock built in to the unit decides to change the time when it feels like it so the timer function is useless, also there is no alexa voice comand to change the unit from manual use to the timer function and vise versa. Also if you use the unit in manual mode so you are able to control the temperature via alexa(you cannot control the temperature via alexa in progrmmed mode) and then go to bed it doesn't automatically revert back to programed in the morning like other units doIf you ask questions to the seller all you get is a link for the instructions which are uselessMy opinion save your money and buy a better unit

The only thing that was a problem was the back box I used a standard UK 32mm deep the screws supplied were 5mm uk are 4mm it would be a good idea if it was supplied with 86mm box they are available on amazon.

Nice design and very easy to install. Works perfect on the thermostat itself or through the app. Alexa can also control which is great and works perfect!

Perfect does what it says. Excellent customer support. Works a treat both remotely and via Alexa voice control. Highly recommended why spend more.
