Best Vacuum Blender
This is my second vacuum blender, and I use it multiple times a day. The vacuum is great, the blender is very powerful and the consistency of my smoothies are just perfect. I love that the jug is actual glass -most blender have plastic jugs these days. It's easy to clean (but make sure you only add little water and only a drop of washing up liquid).It is also extremely loud. But it makes me super healthy, so I don't care about that.I used to have a beper vacuum blender before the Astro, and the quality was much worse than this.

Bought direct from Amazon EU: missing part + no instruction manual. Disappointing!
Purchased directly from Amazon EU, after much research. Very excited to use for the first time. Unfortunately two issues with product received:1/ the base is unstable. One of the four suction pads on underside is missing.2/ No instruction manual enclosed.It’s a beautiful looking product that promises wonderful things. Not sure if missing parts is Amazon or Biochef’s responsibility.Verdict: disappointing to have to return and have it reissued after spending £189 for what I expected to be a luxury Rolls Royce standard item.

Very good product. Blends really well and stops smoothie from separating.Only downfall is it’s very noisy

Awful customer service
Product was good for about two weeks before base of jug melted into motor area, would not refund as 3days passed return date, went through vitality4life to get refund with warranty but customer service was awful passed back and forward between them & amazon no one helped!!Please type vitality4life into google search before buying and read reviews I wish I had !!!
