Nice and cold helped with menopausal sweats at night comfortable to lay on kept me cool all night on the hot summer evenings foj d i didnt need the fan on so.much so saves a little on the pocket long term helped a little with my back and hip pain

This was great for cooling down initially, but I kept waking up warmer than ever to find the pad was cosy warm from my heat. I ended up using it as a blanket instead and throwing it off once it warmed up but it helped initially letting me drift off.

Works well helped with hot flushes

Okay, so this is a cold blanket basically and there is a star about warmth? So I gave it 1 star because it does not keep me warm at all and that is what I wanted, not to be warm.So it’s a fairly large size, not massive to cover entire body with legs and feet but large enough to wrap around the torso.I put mine in the fridge, it was hot and I got it out and laid with it.. I was shivering in seconds and loved it but it does lose the heat within an hour which is not amazing but still it’s a nice cool down for that time. Back in the fridge for a bit wrapped up ready for the next.The cool pillow is the same but this I put under my pillow and it also helps with headaches so overall a happy purchase.

thought t would keep me cool but no good at all bought the pillow ones at the same time they just wrinkle up, so very disapointing,a completr waste of money , sorry about this.

Too stiff to sleep on comfortably

I have a lot of trouble sleeping in hot weather and and always soaking in sweat when I wake. now I have this item when I get into bed it’s lovely and cool. It warms up over night but it still works as I’m nowhere near as sweaty and sticky when I wake up.

Made summer so much more bearable and great for menopausal symptoms so would highly recommend
