This thing is amazing. I have a small head and most wigs caps are large for my head. I have tried the silicone bands which worked okay but I still needed to use bobby pins or a headband to make my wig feel really secure. I received this today and was not expecting much as I have tried many different wig grips. This thing like sucked my wig to my head and it's comfortable. What I like the best is it's not the same width all the way around like your silicone ones which I am always trying to tuck the sides up inside my wig so it does not show if I wear my wig up or behind my ears. Thus tucking the wig band up above my ears under my wig the silicone band lost some of its grip so in come the bobby pins and head bands. The band is wide where it grips my wig at the front and then there is a stretchy very thin almost like the string you use for making jewelry. When I first opened it I though oh great looks like fishing line!!! LOL But when I used it and tugged on my wig I was amazed. It did not budge. I'm glad I took a chance and paid the extra price. Just hope it holds up. I guess time will tell but right now I am totally impressed with this wig grip.

LOVE this product!! Used this small top grip to keep my wig in place without having to use clips. Clips tend to dig into my scalp and cause irritation. I used to use Bed Head hair spray on my lace front to keep from slipping back especially when i want to wear a low ponytail. The wig stays in place but hate the white residue on my head/hair and it loses its effectiveness when i sweat. I saw this top grip and decided to try it since similar wig grips that wrapped around head worked but were too bulky and hot for me. This is AMAZING!!! Easy to put on and slip off. It really does keep the wig in place. I never even used the clips on the wig! Try it! You will be amazed!! Thanks MILANO!

Pros: an alternative to larger grips. Made well. Price/value.Cons: It did not work for me at all. Not comfortable. Your occipital bone must bump out enough to keep this from riding up. The filament shows if there's wind or lighter density hair help. Not inexpensive.I had high hopes, but it doesn't work for everyone.

Does what it says it will. Keeps my topper from slipping back and I can wear it without clips or tape. But the string is way too short. I might have a slightly larger than average head, but it's not THAT big. I have to extend the string all the way and it still feels a bit too tight after wearing it for a while. Hoping it stretches out some.Other than that, I just wish they made them in ivory or something for us super pale ladies. I added some baby powder and a bit of blush to the beige velvet, but it's still a bit too dark for me.Would be 5 stars with a longer string and a lighter color option.

The band does grip the topper. As an extra security measure it does the job.

Topper is more secure in addition to being more comfortable. Even when combing through the hair, it stays put making it appear more natural.

Great concept with the thin invisible elastic to go under your bio hair and it may be ok with a topper without a lace front. However it still would not be too secure because the only things holding it on your head are the thin elastic band and hopefully your clips if they line up. It does not have any fabric that adheres it. I spent over an hour removing and repositioning the clips on my topper to line it up with the slots on the band. I was so disappointed that even after that, the lace front on my topper buckled up and would not lay flat on my forehead. I have the other Milano larger lace front band grip and it works well with my wigs and adheres them securely. Milano needs to make a version exactly like that with a thin elastic back band that can not be seen to be used with a lace front topper.

Fits better than a full band for me. It's a little hard to move the little ball to size it but it works.
