LOVE this spaghetti!
After Walmart quit carrying this spaghetti, I found it to be a great value on Amazon! This spaghetti is hands down the best.First off, it is made in Italy. Why does that matter? #1- Their wheat is different than the American hard red winter wheat, #2- They do not fortify it (no folic acid for those sensitive to it!) and #3 bronze cut pasta is amazing! Not sure why, but it is.As someone who doesn’t tolerate a lot of grains well, this pasta let me eat pasta again without regret. It does not upset my stomach or leave me feeling sick afterward.Also, the texture of this pasta is not like your cheap $1.00 pasta you can find in stores. Oh no, THIS pasta has texture and flavor and when cooked right, it has a slight chewiness and taste that will set it apart from the cheap pastas you’ve been eating. So glad to be able to get it on Amazon!

By far the best tasting spaghetti you will ever eat!
Lots of spaghetti brands make the same claims as Alessi, but most of them are at best a gummy pile of starch on which to place (hopefully) flavourful toppings. This brand has a delightful, nutty flavour, cooks up with an appealing body and texture (as opposed to sticky, soggy, glop, stuck together in one giant clump, etc.), and it really does hold the sauce. Store it in a dry place, and it will keep for a long time, as well. PERFECT! I wish it were easier to find locally, but Walmart (the only large grocer serving this area) has quit offering it. (Supposedly no one bought it... could it be because they kept only 3 packages on the bottom shelves, and put them behind other brands?)[NOTE: Choose your seller carefully! Some sellers ship pasta in cardboard boxes without any protection from moisture. We just received a shipment whose outer box was hanging open on the bottom, and the contents were just stuffed in a half box inside. UPS left the package at the CURB (not on either covered porch!) on a stormy day. It was sheer luck that the pasta wasn't ruined.]

This is the best pasta I have ever had.
This is great pasta, but beware, you wont want any other brands once you try this. Highly recommend.

Not as Good as Other Alessi
Not sure why this is made differently than other Alessi tubular pastas. The pastas are very thin and need to be cooked at a much shorter time span than say the Rigatoni. It's VERY easy to over cook this pasta. Of all the Alessi short pastas I've tried, this is my least favorite.

My FAVORITE Spaghetti!
I have been purchasing this product for probably a year+ now. I love the taste of this pasta. This is the best pasta I have tasted in a very long time. AND to make things better it is EGG FREE! Thank you for making this great product. I highly recommend this product and all their other pastas as well!
