This is a great and easy-to-use thermometer. It requires two AAA Batteries, and then it's ready! We are so glad to have it!

Very easy to use! The accuracy is spot on. I tested it by having it measure the ambient temperature of our home and it matched what my thermostat app read. The display lights up brightly and is large enough to read clearly. I like how lightweight this is and the trigger is easy to pull for an arthritic hand. No contact with the forehead makes it easy to get a reading from a baby, child or adult. Uses 2 AAA batteries, not included.

I wish there was a beep or some sound that you could hear once it zeroed out , letting you know it is ready to take the next temperature reading
