We love these and have been a great help teaching my son hand eye contact. Also great for working on bat speed and keeping swing the same. Love it and would recommend to anyone. Love the balls that came with it as well. We also ordered the small foam balls to use as well.

These things are a quality training tool my kids use them for hours they all play at different levels but they can each train and use them to help each other

I myself contacted the seller via their direct site. I made an account and made a claim and they issued a replacement part. Up to 4 stars for them issuing the part. Still keeping 1 star off because it was received used originally (though may be a fulfillment issue by Amazon) and for myself having to initiate the inquiry. Happy they helped however and like I stated below the product itself is great.Mixed review.The black bat came wrapped in plastic and brand new. The white bat was not wrapped and had obvious signs of use. Why would they send that out like a buyer would not notice.The bats seemed good quality. However the reviews about the grip tape are true. It seems like they have a piece of black rubber tape taped at the top of the grip tape to hold the grip tape from u wrapping. The grip tape will definitely undue and u can physically lift the wraps.Thinking about returning. I could have dealt with the grip tape but sending a used bat is just poor service.

This training bat has been used 5-6 times since it was purchased about a month ago. The grip is horrible, and lasted through the 1st two uses, I had to replace it with another grip. The bat quality is questionable. I've noticed that the paint finish is bubbling, worn off in one spot, and is starting to rust. Also when I took the photo of the paint finish, I noticed that the bat is warped/bent. I had to hold the bat in place to keep it from rocking back and forth while taking the picture. It's a decent warp, and is visible now that I'm aware of the defect.I do like the mini balls. They work great, and seem to be fairly durable to this point. The balls are the only reason I'm giving this product 2 stars, otherwise I'd give it 1 star.

I got this set for my 7 year old son. I could see results after only two weeks. I highly recommend this product to increase exit velocity.

My 7yr old daughter was making contact repeatedly after about 15 minutes. Mixed in regular size wiffle balls to build initial confidence bit having fun playing with light bat. Older brother will work with heavy bat.

Bats and balls are as described. Grip on the black bat started to come off after 6 swings and made the grip a bit sticky. But bats and balls are as described, if you want it buy it.Need to find where I can get replacement balls because I already know my kid will lose them all by next weekend I’m sure.
