Some of the instructions are either very hard to follow, or steps are missing and you won't realize it until many steps later, then have to backtrack. Additionally, there were a number of pieces either missing or you have to substitute with a different color of similar proportions that is NOT supposed to be used. Parts fit very tightly that should be free to rotate smoothly. Then there are parts that don't fit tightly enough and slide out with just the force of gravity or a stiff breeze. Glue was required in multiple places.

Still building because it is difficult to build: This is the first time a lego product doesn't follow the bags numbers so you have to find each piece in multiple bags. You need to cut the rope to cm measurements and the 4-joints pieces you have to assembly yourself.

This was hard to hit buy now as I am a die hard lego fan only.But I gave it a shot.Lets start with customer service.Absolutely perfect.They were quick to respond with answering my questions in a detailed way.Second was how is the quality?Numerous videos on reviews and how they fit compared to lego.I was on the edge...literally flipped a coin.But I needed something more challenging and different that lego doesn't have so here is your answer...DO NOT WORRY ABOUT QUALITY!The pieces fit and snap together like you want it to...period!The color is good...is it as shiny as lego?...no,but dam close!Box arrived in 9 days from purchasing.The box is pretty heavy for plastic.20 -25 pounds.All pieces were in perfect packing bags with stickers and motors packaged to protect.And yes there is a Qr code in there as well...Will I buy again?Absolutely Definitely happy with my purchase,as these big sets are to expensive to take a chance when you want perfection and quality!Don't feed to much into the bad reviews.It will be worth it!

I bought this because it was going to be a badass build and it turned into a trash can build real quick. When I received it, It was shipped nicely but when I opened the box all plate parts were scratched and looked like garbage. That didn't stop me but as I was building I found melted parts and upon trying to remove parts they break like butter. Absolutely not a ABS material as advertised. Not Vonado's fault more of a manufacture defect. You can buy this crane from Ali Express for 430 with a 5 star rating. I decided to return this for a nice light charge of 145 dollars. Save your time, save you money. Buy else where. 0/10

This is and was a very difficult build for me. The directions are hard to follow and hard to understand. I am a very experienced builder. And now I no longer have the building instructions to finish the build.
