Love the pens. The different colors are nice, and the smoothness of the writing is wonderful.Good value for the money.

i absolutely love these pens. they do not smear they dry quicky write smooth and the fine tip allows me to fill out paperwork neatly staying in the spaces to keep it looking professional. my daughter is in college and introduced her to these pens and had to buy another box of them for her.

I and my husband really like these pens. They write very smoothly and have a fine point (.05) The ink does not smear which is important with left handed people. And is waterproof.

I compared this set of pens to my own set of BIC Gelocity pens for comparison. In short: Pilot pens are better with the exception of the yellow pen (image below). The pink has comparable saturation, which is good. I actually like the light green better in Pilot compared to Gelocity; it was a less saturated color that's a bit darker, which is better for readability. The light blue and purple don't quite compare to the Gelocity ones. The shade isn't the same, and I think I would've liked the light blue better if it was just a smidge darker or more saturated. I think Pilot's purple is a winner, though. Gelocity is a bit too dark. Pilot wins in orange, too. The Gelocity option has too much yellow which makes it hard to read. Another pleasant surprise was the black pen. I compared it to my favorite pen, and surprisingly, I think the Pilot pen has darker ink! Mine is more of a grey-black where Pilot's is a true black. I bought this set mostly for the colored pens, but I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of the black pen which I did not expect.Really, the only downside is the yellow pen. I'm really not sure where you'd use it. It's just going to collect dust, for me, so I really wish they'd put in a different color entirely. A navy blue, teal, grey... almost anything besides yellow would've been a better choice.Compared to the gel pens, these pens also don't seem to bleed through the paper nearly so badly. The ink doesn't "pool" that much when you press down and hold, which I consider a plus.

Smooth writer, great ink flow, dries fast. Pens seem to write forever. Comfortable to hold and write with for long note-taking sessions.Highly recommend!

These pens are good quality and write well. They feel light and cheap in your hand. There's no drag or too much gel at any time during writing, they're smooth. The colors are just as good as the black ones. They're not as quality as the Pilot P-500. I haven't found a smoother, more luxe writing utensil than the Pilot P-500. The Inkjoy 0.5 gel is pretty similar in ink flow but is more scratchy and draggy than these. So this is a good middle ground. I also like that the clip is metal, to clip to my lanyard at work, but that's what feels the cheapest. They are a great general pen to use, but I'm not excited to use it every time.
