No. But light weight enough you don’t know it’s there.

Large. I'm 5'8" and 147 lbs and got the large based on the comments; It fits very well.

Q: are there draw strings on the bottom to sinch the sides in?

No; it does not have draw strings, but it's fitted enough that they don't really seem necessary. I love the jacket. Thank you.
