Amazon Essentials Women's Classic-Fit Long-Sleeve Button-Down Poplin Shirt

A lot of women's clothes use inferior materials and the design goes out of date quickly. This shirt is classic design and the fabric is a nice weight cotton that looks just fine without being ironed. The tail is long enough to be tucked in or left out, and it is generous enough to button across my (too big) belly and hips.There are two things that keep me from giving 5 stars.1. The buttons are very small and difficult for old fingers to easily button.2. There is something wrong with the fit in the armhole region. The armhole scythe is tight around the upper arm, yet the whole underarm area is loose.Overall, a good buy and I would consider buying other colors/patterns.

I'm 5'2" and about 118 lbs. I typically wear XS, size 2 (petite when available). I ordered a size XS and it's a good fit.Overall, the tail length is longer than I expected. I'm sure the tall girls will love it. :) The sleeves are about right, but I still needed to cuff them for a better fit. I specifically WANTED a 100% cotton without stretch, so this meets that perfectly. It's nice a crisp (after ironing). My only complaint is the fabric is thin. I removed the laundry tag just because it's so bright white under the shirt. It'll be fine, I just would give 5 stars if it were a little thicker.

Sleeve length is great for tall people or those with longer limbs. As a cotton shirt it does wrinkle heavily. So far, after 2 washes the color hasn't really faded and it has only shrunk slightly. Will see how longer teem use holds up.

I am pleased with this long-sleeved cotton shirt which I plan to wear over tank tops. If you like a crisper look, then you'll need to do some light ironing on this shirt. I'm fine with a casual look so for me it's wash and wear.

Have not worn this, but it looks very nice

5'2", 130lbs. Perfect fit. XL . Comes out of dryer wearable but a little ironing wouldn't hurt to make it look neat. Washed it first in Woolite for dark clothes. Did not fade.

Long sleeve shirts are my go-to wardrobe item for work because of their versatility. If it's cold, I wear the sleeves down. If it's warm, they roll up easily. Manufacturing note- Interfacing inside of collars and cuffs stop them from wrinkling and give a more finished look. These need to be pressed to keep them looking good.

like this shirt fabric, it is soft cotton and washes well . l found the sizing to be larger than what people had written up on the review but like the oversize look of the shirt . I would buy this shirt again

This shirt fit a bit smaller than expected, but was not a fitted shape. The fabric was very lightweight, almost see-through. Reasonably well-made for the price.
