These sheets are very soft, yet are thick enough to last a while. Elastic and corners are well made.

They are soft and do get wrinkled after the dryer but once you put them on it’s fine. They remind me of a linen type of sheet set that you’d love to have in the summer time. They fit nice on my bed which is queen pillow top. If you want sheets that don’t get wrinkled I have no idea what brand that is because once you get in bed your sheets are getting wrinkled. I only like to write reviews on something that I would like to buy again. Could they be a little bit more and expensive of course but good sheets are not cheap and I’m sure I will get many years out of these. If you get a good 3 years out of sheets that you pay a little over $100 for at 800 thread count it’s not a bad deal. Wash them and cool dry them on low or permanent press there’s no reason to wash them in hot and dry them on hot that ruins your sheets.

The feel of this material is very soft, not slick at all. I thought higher thread count had a sheen, a slickness. This material sticks to itself. It’s difficult to adjust the top sheet across the bottom sheet. I’m not an expert, but these don’t seem to be made of premium material. They came out of the dryer very wrinkled. More about that later. Then there is how they are cut... not generous at all. They meet minimum requirements. The bottom sheet does fit over my deep mattress, but it’s stretched tight. No spare material. Good news is that takes care of the wrinkles. My standard pillows fit extremely tight in the pillow cases. The edges of the pillows show. But no wrinkles. I’m disappointed with this purchase. I won’t be returning them, but I’ll not be buying this brand again.Update - I’ve been reading other reviews of this product. My experience relates almost exactly with the poor reviews. So what’s going on here? How come so many great reviews? Someone suggested knock off sheets. I don’t know how to check that, but it would explain why some are getting quality and others, like me, are underwhelmed. Maybe Mayfair should investigate to protect their reputation. Reconsidering my choice not to return.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!I was excited to treat myself to a new set of sheets. 800 thread count I assumed would be good quality, they advertise (falsely) that they are “Silky Soft”, “Luxury Egyptian Quality” ALL LIES!!!! If you are looking for your sheets to exfoliate your skin then these are the sheets for you! They are the toughest, most scratchy sheets I’ve ever purchased. I don’t know if they are 800 thread count or not because the packaging didn’t say that anywhere. As you can see from the pictures they definitely aren’t wrinkle-free. If those things were bad enough the color of the sheets is all splotchy. The top sheet doesn’t match the bottom sheet and there were spots on two of the pillow cases where there was no color at all. These are brand new!!! This is ridiculous!!! I have no idea how this product got a 4 star rating. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I cannot say enough good things about these sheets. From the wrinkle free appearance right out of the dryer to the total comfort that comes from sleeping on soft sheets. If you are looking to add a set for your guest or treat yourself, you won't go wrong with these.
