Keratin Complex - KeraBalm 3-in-1 Hair Balm - 1.7 fl oz

I have coarse curly hair that I typically wear straight most of the time. I'm a hairstylist and have tried so many products what's great about this product is that it actually works with my hair! The keratin has helped protect and heal my hair from damage. The smell is amazing and they have last me a while. It is perfect for frizz or coarse curls. I am very happy with this product

As a Prime Member, I received this product on time, very fast service which I love. However, the pump nozzles on both bottles do not work. The pump tube itself is only about half an inch from the top , there's no tube extending to the bottom of the bottle. One bottle came with the top of the pump cap embedded in the bottle cap so had to get a pliers to pull it out. I'm sure the product inside is okay but it's so thick , I have to use a lot of force to get any out.With two bottles having the same issue, how does the mfg expect customers to pump out their product without a long enough pump tube? Very irritating.

I like this product but I have to use a good amount of it and wish I could buy a larger container instead of having to buy this every month. I have coarse curly hair and it definitely works to keep my curls smooth and tame the flyaways.

Packaging didn't match picture. However, my hair feels smooth & definitely has a less frizzy appearance even after hot tool use. My split ends also look better. I'll need to use it for a longer period of time to determine if it repairs hair. You don't get a great deal of product. I'd estimate with biweekly usage, it might last a month. The results are good enough, I'll buy again.

This product is awesome. When applying the product I had my doubts, but I am on day four of my own blow out. It's great!

I’ve used this same product that comes in a tube. The product is great but on Amazon it is sold in a pump dispenser. The pump did not work and I couldn’t get the product out . Don’t buy in this dispenser. Go to Ulta or the keratin complex website to buy this.

Love this product - been using it for years and never had a problem with the pump dispenser. Unfortunately I was in a rush when I ordered and did not take time to read reviews. The bottles I received came from the Healthy Sexy Beautiful storefront and they are definitely selling containers with defective pumps. I bought three and the pump is defective on all of them. I compared these three to a couple bottles I already had and found that the problem is not a lack of tubing - my old ones have the short tube also but work fine. The difference I see is that my older bottles have a disc in the bottom and apparently pumping the product creates a vacuum that pulls that disc - and all of the product - to the top of the bottle each time you pump. It's a great design - when it works. I can't tell for sure if the three bottles I just got are missing the disc or if it just doesn't work as it should. At any rate, I may have found a work-around if you are unable to return your order -- pump the product into your hand with the bottle turned upside down and store the bottle upside down also. Probably will not buy from this seller again though.

This works great in my hair. I use it on either wet or dry hair. For all those reviewers who said their pump was broken... I thought mine was defective also so I compared it to the one I had already and used up. When I unscrewed the top, both pumps looked exactly the same inside... no tube attached going to the bottom! So I screwed the pump back on and just kept pressing it till my thumb hurt. Finally, it worked and continues to work just fine.
