Pandigital 6-Inch LCD Digital Picture Frame

The frame was better than I expected. I was expecting just a single digital frame (1 square) but instead got 4! 3 still frames, and one digital. Very pretty, and sturdy. Super easy to use which was great, and it has the ability to directly transfer images to the memory from your computer versus using memory cards, etc. The only CON, the image quality was not great at all. I had to enlarge the photos to be able to better see the people in the pictures. But as a gift, it was a good one!

Bought this for my other in law for Christmas so she would always have pictures of the kids. The box was squished in and had the sticker from Macy’s on it. It looked great on the inside wrapped in bubble wrap and had all the wires.

Unable to use head phones.

Quality of photos is horrible unless you upload a 16bit photo

Would not work when it got here. Company made refund and I got another one and it works Great.

I agree with the previous writer who found his first experience with this product terrible. Following his advice, I compared the two models at Macy's. Both models were on display and there was a definite difference in picture quality between the 5 Volt (Model 602-W) and the 9 Volt (Model 602-B), the 602-B being far sharper and with greater color intensity. I've since noticed most Pandigital models on sale use a 9 Volt AC adapter. If you can find the 602-B on sale, it's a very good value. The one drawback is the 6 " screen is small for any photos of more than a couple of people. It's great for closeup shots. If this is for a desk or similar place where it will be viewed closely, than it's worth seeking especially for it's price. My dad will be getting one for Father's Day with 100+ photos of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren on a running slideshow. Happy shopping.

This was OK out of the box. However, after only a month of use, the screen brightness is no longer sufficient to view photos. I do not recommend this for purchase.

The people giving 1 star do in fact have a bad frame. It happened to me also , I got one as a gift the pic quality was awful. then i went back to Macy's and exchanged it. This is really excellent frame and all if you get one from the "good" run. if you want to know if you got a good frame look at the electrical plug: if its 5V its crap if its 9V its $$$. Truly i would have written a terrible review for this unless i exchanged it. Trust me for the $ this is an awesome frame just make sure you get one from a good batch/run.
