I use this with 10% volume developer and not the 20% that comes with it and it turns out the exact color on the box. If I use the 20% that comes with it, it's LIGHTER than the color on the box on my greys.

I love this. My head does not burn when I use this and my hair shines so much.

I can not say enough good things about this hair color! I found great results from mixing the base colors 6N with 5N and adding tones like D and C in the 5-7 range. I have medium brown hair and these kind of formulas work perfectly. Because I stayed on the lighter side, my greys weren't fully covered by color but made them look great anyway. Now to the major disappointment. The conditioner included smells bad but the worst wasn't over. As per the directions I lined my hairline with it to protect my skin. Soon after, my skin started to burn and I quickly washed it off. My skin was red and slightly inflamed. I don't understand why such a great natural product has such bad conditioner. I threw it out and used a natural heavy conditioning conditioner I had on hand. My hair is easily damaged and I did see the effects of using the dye on it. For several days, I oil treated my hair and it was soon healthy and shiney again with great dimensional color. Looks so natural!

I have fine hair and this is my go-to hair-color brand. My hair looks rejuvenated and voluminous after coloring. I do root touch-ups every couple of weeks and full color every 3 months.

The stuff is quite good. It is not strong and given fashion color when I mixed 5D with 5N at 1:2 applying for the grey hair corlor for 90 mimutes. It gave a good performance.

I found a new favorite haircolor, and this is it. This gave me wonderful color, and it has lasted awhile too. Would buy again!

Works well. Not harsh. Was recommended for cancer patients.
