This set arrives in more than one box so pay attention when you take the pieces out to assemble them. Each piece is "lettered" to ease in the assembly but a couple of pieces have the same letter which can be a bit confusing at first. Also, there are 2 different sized screws. It's hard to notice that they are 2 different sizes at first. We were half way through the assembly process when we realized there were 2 different sizes and were afraid we were using the wrong sized screw throughout the process. We were lucky though. It certainly helps to have someone helping you with the assembly and also, if you have powered screwdriver, even better. Don't bother with the Allen wrench supplied...it'll take you FOREVER. All in all, we are happy with this set. It seems pretty sturdy. We got the gray/black set. We thought , according to the pictures, that the gray had a bit of a brownish tone to it which we were hoping so since our exterior is gray. A little disappointed that it's more of a gray with white in it and blends in a little too much with the exterior of the house. But, we'll make it work. We opted for the black cushions because we have dogs and figured the moment they discover the couch, they'll try to take nap on it. We were hoping the black wouldn't show their dirty paw prints like the white would but they probably show up just as much. It is fairly easy to brush the prints off though. The black material has a bit of a sheen to it which I don't particularly care for but, oh well. And, I concur with a lot of the other reviews that the cushions are a bit lit and easily move or are blown by the wind. I was going to use heavy-duty velcro on the undersides but opted not to in case I can't clean the paw prints off for some reasons and need to flip the cushion(s). Pretty comfy set for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  Really great value!! We have had this set for a few weeks and love it. PROS: sturdy, held up good to outdoor conditions in Florida so far, comfortable for price point, looks really great and more expensive IMO. CONS: I love putting furniture together and this was the hardest one yet. It was very simple as far as directions and steps but the hard part was it was about 90% just about tightening bolts and most were at a weird angle or didn't line up easily so it was very physically strenuous and took several hours. The cushions don't stay in place so I plan to purchase some type of grippers but haven't yet.Overall very happy and would purchase again. It definitely enhances our outdoor space.

This couch is so good for the price! It is comfy, sturdy, and a really great price!! I would recommend it if you are trying to find outdoor furniture on a budget. I also really like that all of the cushion covers are removable so I can wash them if they get stains or anything on them.I do have a few cons but it wouldn't keep me from purchasing again. It was missing a lot of the washers so I had to make a run to Home Depot and grab more. The assembly is lengthy but I knew that when I purchased it. I am horrible at putting things together and although it was time-consuming, it was easy! There were a few pieces that were messed up but you can't really tell now that it is all put together. I have had it for a little over a month now and I notice the black is fading a bit already and I don't keep the cushions outside.I wouldn't consider this a con but I live in Florida and after a really hard rain, the cushions had actually soaked up all the water and it took a couple days to dry.

Very easy to put together. Love how sturdy the wicker and cushions are. Had this set up for the Easter bbq, and got so many compliments on how comfortable it is.

I ordered this furniture Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. Very impressed with the speedy delivery! My husband and I put together the foot rest and the chair that night and assembled the rest the following night. Like others mentioned, the assembly process wasn’t the easiest but, once we got the hang of it, it went smoothly. We did use an electric drill along with the tools provided and that helped a lot. The instructions for assembly are not written out but there are pictures describing how to put each piece together. There are two different size screws so pay attention to which screw goes where. I bought this furniture to go on my newly screened in back porch and it works so well. The cushions aren’t super comfy but I think they just need some breaking in. I haven’t had any trouble with the seats sliding out like others have but the back rest cushions do fall sometimes when getting up. I may end up putting some Velcro on them or something to help them stay put. Overall I am very satisfied with this furniture, the price, and quick delivery.

After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive about the quality and assembly, but it proved to not be a problem. I had many problems trying to get all pieces due to problems with Fed Ex. However after getting in touch with the company they were excellent to work with and extremely responsive.First assembly, Some people seemed to have a problem, however I assembled upside down with the help of a 5 gallon can (like you find at Home Depot) which was almost the same height as the pieces. I loosely assembled all screws and nuts before tightening. All fit quite well. Parts were mixed up between the 3 boxes to minimize shipping size, but there were instructions for all pieces, all parts were labeled and quite easy to follow after unpacking all items.Some seemed to complain that they were too small or short, however, I have measured others, including my neighbor's (who spent much more) and they were the same. The cushions are perhaps not as thick, but they are comfortable. cushions have zippers, so the foam can be replaced or the cusions replaced.I was pleased that the table came with the glass attached with suction cups and the corners are protected with plastic corner guards.There are higher quality sets available from many sites, but most are more than double the cost. Even from places like Costco. Overall I am very happy with the product, value and support.
