Minty green in color & taste. Not overwhelming mint, but spot on. They make wonderful chocolate mint cookies.

Baking. I guess spending a lot once a year isn’t too bad.

I've been making the same cookies for years at Christmas, using the recipe on the back of the package. People beg for the recipe and I tell them to just buy the bag of chips. Easy and so, so good.

The chocolate mint cookie recipe on back of package is a household favorite. We always have some in the freezer. After 2020, these chips became unavailable in my local stores, so Amazon to the rescue! They arrived on a triple digit temp day, and postal carrier got them stuffed in our metal locking mailbox. One package contained some melted clumps, but I always use some in recipes that call for melting anyway so there was no loss.

I loved the flavor and it made a great Ganache. Though it’s expensive.

My Christmas baking was easy thanks to these chips

I made mint chip brownies with 1 package. I’m saving the others for future baking, as they are impossible to find in the grocery stores near me

The mint chips were really tasty...until I realized the bag was chewed! I am not sure if this occurred at the Amazon facility or the seller, but I am completely grossed out. Needless to say, I am out at least $20.00 for the ingredients for the recipe I was making.
