Not the greatest Q-factor but amazing pedals.
So far these have been very comfortable and allow plenty of adjustment along with a clip that is easy enough to comfortably clip out while not clipping out during sprints. The only issue I have had is with the Q-factor that doesn't allow for some cadence sensors to be mounted. But if you can mount a cadence sensor or power meter somewhere else these are extremely great pedals especially when on sale. During installation you can't use your fingers or a wrench to install but instead requires a large hex screwdriver to install from the other side of the crank, which I'd recommend buying before purchase if you don't have one.

nice product
I haven't brough pedals in a while, and it seems the bike technology changes every year, so really didn't understand what these pedals were all about. They are light weight. I have been satisfied with the look pedals for road riding for years. These pedals are light because they redesigned the metal spring into a carbon leaf spring. Quite innovated. They come with two sets of carbon springs, level 8 (installed) and 12. Assumed the numbers might have a similar rating to ski binding DIN numbers, as Look is a leading mfg. of ski binding. They do have a little bit of float, which is good. A good upgrade.

Lightweight and secure
The Look Keo blade technology is very clean. The pedals are light and provide a very stable platform. I am coming off 20 years with Speedplay X pedals & cleats - no longer available. I have ridden a few hundred miles on my new Look Keos, and find them still a challenge to quickly and smoothly snap in. The Speedplays were much superior in this respect. Exiting both types of pedals is easy. The Speedplay cleat/pedal combo was lousy for walking and needed to be kept clean and lubed. I was always getting a greasy spot on my leg. The Look cleats are easy to walk in, relatively inexpensive to replace, and are clean, with no regular lubrication needed. The more complex cleat is the Speedplay’s weakness. The Speedplay lollipop pedal was pleasantly minimal. The comparable Look Keo model is less expensive than the Speedplay. (Whaahoo now owns Speedplay. The decision to discontinue support fo my X pedals felt like a betrayal) The Look Keto pedal and cleat design is simple, light, and secure. I will give the Keo a 5 if I can eventually train myself to snap-in more efficiently.

Perfect upgrade
I ride fixed gear, my previous pedals, look keo classics would often unclip from the cleats during the bottom pedal stroke, resulting in me having to reclip. I didn't have enough to get the track pedals, these were on sale and $100 less so it was a win for me. There is no slack between the pedal and cleats on your shoes, so it's full contact and you get the most out of each stroke. These are perfect for your road or even track upgrade.

So nice….not!
EDIT:After several months, these pedals are just horrible. I waited to make sure the pedals had enough time to break in and loosen up. I’m still at 50% success rate clipping in. The metal plate has a slot cut out that has sharp edges that can catch the cleats. Also the plate is not flush so your cleat gets caught up on the plastic border that surrounds the plate. I installed new look cleats but that didn’t help any. You have a very, very narrow angle to clip in correctly if your cleat doesn’t get caught. Ive given up on Look and bought a pair of Time xpresso 7 pedals. They are less expensive, are more stable and are lighter. I have about a 90% success rate clipping in during the first DAY of use with the Time pedals. In my opinion, Look has gone down hill. Don’t waste your money. Try the Time pedals, you’ll love them. I’ve used Look pedals since the carbo pro and PP196 version so it’s not pilot error. The Time pedals are just superior to these pedals. These are so much nicer than the keo 2 max carbon version. For some reason, it would be hard for me to clip into the Keo 2s. I used them for a while just to make sure I was giving myself enough time to adjust. after a while I just got fed up and bought these.
