On the Ellen DeGeneres show she spoke of this product. It didn’t seem like she was just trying to promote the company, she honestly said she’s tried everything, and this was the only thing that really helps with sleep. Oh my gosh, she was not kidding. I love the combination of ingredients and it really does work great. And I like the smell. Don’t toss the little insert that comes in the box. It’s a quick read, but a good one. I love what they had to say.

I take these often as it's frequently difficult for me to fall asleep, so usually take Ambien. My daughter brought these home from college one time and suggested I give them a try. These are great! They are all natural and have this surprising, minty-type, taste when you take them, and you'll fall asleep quickly and wake without any fog when you wake up. In fact, they're so effective, I'll sometimes take one when I'm on call so I can fall asleep, knowing I'll be able to wake up and function well, should I get called in.Definitely recommend this product!!

Did not help me with my sleeping. However, it could work for you. When it comes to vitamins and medications, it seems it's hard to pinpoint who it will work great for and who it barely is noticable, which was me. I may be a hard case, though. Up to you. I did love their packaging – cool, modern graphics and great attention to detail. I did return.

I take melatonin and Benadryl for anxiety. These RAE sleep capsules do not put me to sleep, nothing does for me. But they really straighten out my anxious breathing and settle me down like nothing else does.

I watched an episode of the Ellen DeGeneres show where she mentioned using this product, she did not endorse it, but I thought since she had used this product for years hopefully it would work for me. It did not!!! most nights it kept me awake. To return for a refund I would have to drive 45 minutes to take it to the UPS store so I will just keep them it’s not worth a trip to return them.

Does NOT work. Stay up all night staring at the ceiling. What a disappointment.

I have good nights with this product and bad nights. Sometimes I sleep well and other times it keeps me up🤷‍♀️ Don’t get it.

I have been taking these sleeping pills for a little while and I do like them. I do only take1 pill, as I am pretty sensitive. I get a good night sleep and don’t feel the effects the next morning. I do recommend!
