Brilliant. Just get the technique right
You can cut up enough chips for 4 people in about 3 minutes. This is fantastic but can be very frustrating if you’re not using it properly. Only use small potatoes and if they’re too big, cut them in half. You need to use your forearm and put all your weight on it to cut efficiently. It can also be a faff to clean but use a knife to free chunks of potato and stick it in the dishwasher and you’ll be fine. I use this every time I cook chips and they are delicious

Not as expected
Reviews on this were good when we purchased so we were looking forward to using it to make even cut chips. This didn't cut properly and the plastic broke to. Very disappointing. We even double checked the instructions to make sure we were using it properly.

Works great, but needs some force
The media could not be loaded. I found this to be simply and functional, although may not be for everyone. On annoying bit is the parts inside sometimes come off, but easy to put back.Overall, a time saver for me.

Too hard
It's too hard to use for someone who is disabled

You need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to use this
Like your chips cut thin or short? You cannot put a full potato in this thing and use it to get long thin fries. The compromise is you have to cut the potato small to be able to push the spud through the cutting blades else you got no chance of getting it to work. Then there is the guide inside the top half which falls out and sticks to the bottom half every time you've managed to push a spud through so you have to re-attach it.Worth the money? Absolutely not and this is something that should be in the discount section of a £1 shop. For a few quid more you can buy a mechanical one with a lever to push the spud through and get better quality cut chips.2 stars left because it still has some usefulness if you don't mind small chips and its handy if you don't want to be pealing and cutting spuds, but given the latter I would rather cut them to my own size by hand next time.

I really hate cutting chips for the whole family but now I find it really easy and I really enjoy using it well worth the money and so easy to clean just rinse it through the tap

Falls apart and struggles to cut some potatoes
Was very disappointed with the first use. Parts kept falling apart and it couldn't get through several of the potatoes unless cut small, making very short chips in the end
