I'm really glad I bought this product, I have noticed a difference and only 4 days of taking it. My cognitive thinking is so much clearer my energy level is up it's helped by digestive issues as well. I highly recommend this product I highly recommend that you research what it all does And also Google it with medications you're taking and talk to your doctor to make sure it is safe for you. I recommend Google googling it with your medications first because a lot of doctors don't want you to take things that make you feel better. Just saying.
