La Belle Orleans Absinthe Fountain, 4 Spout

This absinthe fountain FAR exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high) which is why I’m leaving a review. It is beautifully made with very high quality craftsmanship. It is heavy and solid and weighs close to 10 lbs. I’m so glad I bought this instead of a cheaper one with plastic parts. The glass is very thick and the stand is very heavy and stable. I was hesitant to buy an absinthe fountain for years as an addition to my bar and did lots of research due to the cost. I’m glad I waited to find this one!A few unbiased notes for those on the fence:- Just buy it! Absinthe fountains are expensive, but you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny. It truly is stunning!- The craftsmanship is exceptional. I was afraid that the faucets would be offset or something would mess with my OCD, lol. When put together, everything lined up perfectly.- I have used this several times and the faucets and the bowl on mine do not leak and are easy to adjust to the perfect drip. It functions perfectly. It has a large lid opening which makes it easy to dry/clean or put ice in as well.- Very authentic replication of something that would be found in a Paris cafe bar in the late 1800s to early 1900’s, which is what I wanted. It honestly might be better made than an authentic antique which I have seen in person.- This is an amazing decoration and conversation piece even if you never use it. Just a beautiful addition to a bar and can stand alone as a focal point.- It comes with a nice history of absinthe and the guidance on how to prepare it traditionally which is accurate and informative for those not familiar with its history. I thought this was a nice touch.- I’m not 100% sure where it was made, but mine said Baton Rouge, LA and the info also said Génissieux and Romans-sur-Isere, France. It is definitely not made of cheap parts. It came from Maison Absinthe if you want to do more research.- If well taken care of, I could see this being passed down for generations.- Very well packaged! Almost to the point of overkill as it is very difficult to get out of the box. But it would take a lot for it to be damaged in shipping and mine arrived in perfect condition.I honestly can’t think of any negatives other than getting it out of the box. Just buy it! You won’t regret it. I provided photos to help others make a decision and to show the review is accurate. I’m super happy with it and hope this helps those on the fence!! Can’t wait to use it at my next social!Update (7/29/24): It was a big hit at our “Bougie French themed” Paris Olympics opening party and it was a lot of fun! Worked perfectly and impressed!! Everyone loved it and couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was.

This absinthe fountain meets expectations. You won't be disappointed. This isn't cheaply made or kitsch. It's the real deal. It impresses at parties and generates discussion. Hit a robber over the head with this baby...they ain't gettin' back up...lol!

Great fountain and great service! Had a small issue with a different fountain and returned it and purchased this one instead. The return processes was smooth with great communication.This fountain is beautiful and works perfectly! I was impressed with the size and quality upon opening the package. I couldn't be happier. Maison Absinthe is a great company with great products.

A bit more expensive, but worth it for sure. I don't actually drink absinthe, just bought this to look cool on a shelf in my mini-bar. People always ask about it, adds a level of mystery.....ha

The glass is thicker than I was expecting Wich I loved, the metal part is very sturdy. It is a beautiful piece. I'm so happy that my husband surprised me with this beautiful gift. It's just amazing.

Works great. When not in use, this is a great decorative piece, and conversation starter.

I am SO glad this came in not broken! The packaging protected it well. It’s perfect! It feels sturdy and everything fits together without issue. It is easy to assemble and with only slight squeaking from the metal screwing together.

The stand wasn't straight so not entirely happy about using it at a party.
