Important for Quality of sleep!
I love these pills!I have been taking these for at least 3-6 months now. And I find that I have a BETTER quality sleep with these. I wouldn't say that they make me feel sleepy whatsoever... I have to do things earlier in the day and change my diet to want to fall asleep sooner. But I find that I feel more refreshed with these.I don't feel like I am missing out on something.When I don't take these, I feel like I had the worst night's sleep even if I did get 8 hours.I am an athlete that plays sports about 2-3x a week (pickleball, volleyball and softball). And then I also work out 5x a week.I will tell you that the SIZE of these pills are a bit bigger... so prepare to swallow. These are capsules. So I would NOT recommend cutting into these pills as the ZMA formula will spill out and you will not get the right dosage.

Great product
Great product! it does aid in recovery. The only thing for me did not help to take before bed. For some reason it gave me energy but making me feel relaxed so I take during midday.

I've been taking these for over a month and my sleep is better and I'm not sluggish during the day.

Not for everyone
It is a very good supplement, based upon research and anecdotal results. However, the magnesium made me almost have to move into the bathroom. It really ran through me so I had to stop taking it. Good supplement, but tolerance levels are going to vary greatly from person to person.

Good Quality Product!
Great product! I've gotten it a few times and wasn't sure it worked or not. I've read that taking it before bed helps with sleeping and for a few nights i've skipped taking because i ran out. I wasnt able to sleep the same. I use my garmin tracker to track my sleeping and i could see the results without it. so highly recommend the product. its good quality!

Great supplement and brand!
I have been taking for 4 years and will never not take it. My sleep is amazing and no achey muscles in the morning. I life heavy so this supplement at night is perfect for me. Im 140lbs and two capsules give me creepy vivid dreams. One capsule is perfect.

Expired quickly
Bought in 04/23 and expired in 10/23. Pretty fast expiration date for ZMA
