Very positive book
I really loved and enjoyed the book. She has listed her personal incidents as examples of how she used to react to or handle a situation before and now how drastically she has changed herself in a very Poitive way. For me, this book was very refreshing. Although I have read many other books of this genre before, this book had a different taste

So relatable for anyone.. A must read ...
The book does not only speak about physical health and fitness but mental too. In this fast paced, judgemental world we often find it difficult to keep calm and live ourselves,... this book, at least for me worked as a Bible for self love and how not to ignore empathy and gratitude. This is a exposition by a woman of her own struggles of getting into physical and mental fitness who has numerous accolades as an actor, fitness enthusiast but none as an author.. I say , she is a great author too. Please do read by all means!

A strong book by a strong woman..
Its a very motivating book. Neither a memoir nor an autobiography, its a book full of lessons and encouragement.Mandira has talked about her self-development path and shared us the glimpses of it. There are 8 chapters in which she has talked about her insecurities, marriage, fitness regime, self love, gratitude motherhood and much more. My fav. chapters are on self love, marriage and fitness. Being a woman,a wife and a mother myself, I related with her a lot. Its a must book for every women. Her journey in her 20s,30s and 40s is very different and with each passing decade she learnt a lot and I am happy she has shared with the world.Kudos to Mandira and Satyadev Burman for a simple but an honest account.OUR WORLD WILL BE A HAPPIER PLACE IF WE ALL ARE "HAPPY FOR NO REASON.."
