Excellent for the Price
Initially had a few problems with the first device. Customer service / support were very helpful, even if there was a bit of a language issue. Ultimately they sent a replacement, and so far I have had no further significant problems.

Working exactly as it should
Just fitted. First impressions are really not good. The instructions are inadequate, the front LED display slides off upwards not twists off as in the instructions. Not shown in the instructions is it needs a loop wire fitted between live (L) and one of the npo-volt terminals to work with UK wiringIt needs a deep pattress so if I use it will have to be surface mounted. Screws supplied wrong thread for UK pattress.Smartlfe App is goon makes setting schedules much easier.

Seemed like a nice bit of kit but was unsuitable for my system, return cost (to seller in China) was not covered and was £17.10

Generally good but 1 annoying feature
So far this proofing has been pretty good. It seems well built, looks great and was easy to install and link to smartthings/alexa. The app isn't bad and makes programming the times very simple too. It over read the temperature by about 1.5 deg C but we just upped the temp to compensate so not a problem.There is unfortunately one really annoying down side. If you manually override the temperature setting, you have to remember to turn it back to auto. Other stats I've had stay on override until the next programme time, then go back to auto. This one does not so I've accidentally left it on overnight a few times. Not the end of the world (ok, it might help with that) but annoying none the less.
