Worked great for filtering hot maple syrup

after looking at other filter stands that had solid handles and thinking they'd brake easily. I wasn't sure if the folding handles would be strong enough .Well I'm glad I did get this one the metal is defiantly thick enough to hold up to years of use. the folding handles are made of a decent size gauge as well. it feels to be solid.

We used this to hold filters for maple syrup. In the past, I just used clips to hold up the filters, but this is SO much better and less messy.

This item, along with the filter has already paid for its self. Instead of throwing good cooking oil away after a cple uses i am able to filter and clean my oil and reuse the oil many times and get all the use possible before disposal.Excellent purchase for all home fry cooks!

Purchased this and filters for straining Niger out of maple syrup, worked well for holding the filters and nice there are “arms” to go over the sides of the pots
