This shawl is perfect to throw on when you do not need a heavy coat. I ordered the black and gray and it looks very nice with everything I wear. It is quite warm and I haven't needed to add more clothes under it. There was one white spot or thread on the black side that stood out so I took a black marker and blacked it out. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

Was looking for a basic classic woven knit shawl for the fall/ winter months when I did not want to wear a coat with certain outfits. This fits the bill perfectly! Classic black shawl is what I ordered. Love the comfortable but warm fabric. It's big enough to wrap around shoulders and cover your rear for cold winds and weather. I always wash my clothes before wearing them and this washed and dried well. There will be some slight peeling and fuzz on the shawl and when you brush the fuzz off. Nothing too extreme. Very pleased with this product!

Pros:-Lightweight but decently warm for cold office spaces-Got softer after washing (fabric wasn’t exactly wool-sweater-levels of scratchy before that, but if you are extra sensitive, you might want to pass. I think it’s just that the looser weave of the fabric causes this, because the fibers themselves don’t seem harsh. It really wasn’t itchy even before washing it. But washing seemed to make the fibers fuzz a bit more and made it feel softer on the skin. But if you are someone who cannot stand to have any tags in your clothes, you are probably too sensitive for this garment.)- Is reversible-I am 5’3” and it covers from wrist to wrist (actually covers the backs of my hands if I stretch my arms out to my sides) so my arms are not coldCons:-First washing left fluffy grey pills all over the black (oddly enough, similar black pills didn’t seem to show up on the grey side in equal measure, but if you want to wear it black side out, beware) and drying it wouldn’t take care of them. And it got fluff on other things in the same load. I had to take multiple lengths of packing tape to it to remove enough of them to make it presentable. You probably won’t want to wash this very often because it’s annoying to deal with.-Very staticky after washing and even worse after coming out of the dryer. I rubbed it over with a dryer sheet and that helped, but it may still be an ongoing issue with this garment - will probably gather static as you wear it-Really need to buy some kind of sweater clasp to keep it on. The way it is cut, it otherwise wants to slide down/off your shoulders and down your back. Still does this, even so, but it helps to have the clasp.

I am always chilly. For Christmas Eve I wore this shawl style over a burgundy sweater. An elegant look, even with plaid, which is often considered casual. It is also cashmere soft and drapes beautifully.

Being a Georgia bulldog, I bought this for the colors to wear for football season,. However, I was disappointed in the fabric, and had to return it. Not up to the usual standard.

I love this shawl, the plaid is so pretty, it is light weight so you can toss it in the car and put it on like a sweater. The colors go with any solid top and it makes what you are wearing to dressed up. It is great
