Absolutely brilliant!
Full of content, story with lots of side missions as a one person shooter, loads of weapons, graphics great! Takes a while to get into it because there’s so much to it but give it a chance. It’s like gta and horizon but in the future loads of parts to get your head round but once you do it’s really cool and satisfying , open world of loads of people cars, bikes badies! It’s not old it’s worth a try you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing game, buggy but expected.
It's cyberpunk what's not to like?CD Projekt Red have confirmed later this year customers who have xbox one/ps4 versions of this game will get a free upgrade to the consoles predecessors. The game does have performance issues giving graphical glitches from the get-go.Small bugs like camera controls not working after changing radio station - again not game breakingI've only experienced one game crash in 4 hours of gameplay, but expect this as the community pressured an early release date, not their fault, they will fix it.All round amazing game very good storyline, very gripping much like the god of war series and the witcher series.Make sure you pay attention in the introduction and don't dive in balls deep as the game is quite complex if you miss certain parts. The game does seem to throw a ton of content at you at the same time so try not to get too overwhelmed.Sit back, relax and enjoy!

PS5 after patch is amazing
I can’t reference it to the bugs upon release, as I didn’t purchase. However on the pS5 , after the patch, I am really enjoying it……a lot & I’d say enjoying the experience more than I did gta5.I hope that they do more dlc, as I’d buy like a shot.

The controller input lag...
...makes this game impossible to play. I have tweaked everything but suffering motion sickness on this because of the ridiculous delay response to all inputs makes the uninstall easy. Shame, it looked good...

A brilliant game (and playable albeit buggy)
This is a brilliant game and a for my liking really succeeds at world-building and first person story telling. Not gonna deny that there are a lot of bugs on PS4, I've had 10+ blue screens, a few gamebreaking events, creepy looking NPCs, texture pop, hud elements and subtitles not resetting - more bugs than I've experienced in any recent game at launch. But regardless I think some of the hate/criticism directed at the developer is massively overstated. These bugs aren't bad enough to detract from the core experience in my opinion. The game is completely playable and most aspects of it perform very well on PS4, other than aforementioned bugs. Yes the crashes are annoying, but 99% of the time I'm just immersed in the game and the lesser bugs don't change that. Honestly my main criticism of the game is not about bugs, it is the thousands of text logs (shards) littered around the city to be found. This is one of the ways the game imparts the lore of the world to the player and in my view this is a pretty old-school they should have scrapped this and doubled down on the other ways of imparting the lore (through visuals and storytelling). Other than that criticism I found the game to be an absorbing full fat AAA game which finds many interesting new ways of doing things, mixed in with the established open world format we know.As a fan of Neuromancer, Blade Runner, Strange Days, Ghost in the Shell etc I think the developer absolutely nailed the tone and aesthetic of the cyberpunk genre - no mean feat considering a game of this size has to be made for mass appeal and bring in the COD players. I personally find the cyberpunk genre to be a challenging one in which to build sympathetic characters as so much of the focus is on inhumanity and the worst aspects of mankind, but Cyberpunk 2077 succeeds in that with the right balance between the cool and the human. The open world looks absolutely stunning in artistic and technical terms, rivalled only by RDR2 for fidelity on PS4. The NPCs (other than the bugs) are great and even just the little animation details of how a random NPC struts down the street are so well done and give the gameworld so much character. Combat is simple and fun, I'd say its a mix of the shooting mechanics of Borderlands and the stealth of Deus Ex. Its not the slickest or most sophisticated, but definitely on par with those two titles and with some fun firefights.Whilst there are many people voicing valid concerns over the pretty serious amount of bugs I'd suggest to take the internet outcry with a pinch of salt. A lot of these are the same people that cancelled The Last of Us 2 and that threw a tantrum over FF7 Remake, just entitled bandwagon/hate type people who will criticize every AAA single player game but continue to plough 1000s of hours into braindead online titles. If you're sensitive to bugs then wait and pick it up next year. If you don't mind the bugs then its worth picking up Cyberpunk and its a lot of fun, especially if you are a fan of the genre or science fiction in general.
