Awesome toolbag
Had this 1-2 years now and I absolutely love it. It's perfect for me. I can carry stuff if I need to and throw it on my back and not make numerous trips to my work truck. Hasn't came apart anywhere, it's sturdy, tool pockets are great, zipper has held us. Would 100% recommend and buy again. Hoping it lasts another couple of years, it should with the way its held up so far.

Awesome backpack
I'm in appliance repair, and this bag fits my needs perfectly. Its not too big, not too small, its bright on the inside, its made of really durable material, the bottom is strong plastic, and most importantly, the zipper is robust. This is a hidden gem of tool bags. My hands are now free to carry my laptop or boxes of parts into a customers home. I waited some time to review this bag and its as strong as the day I got it. By the way, when purchasing this bag, I didn't realize I chose the used option, I was worried it would arrive in bad shape, but it was basically brand spanking new. It had the wear of a bag that was used for few weeks, and its stayed the same way tbh. I'd love to see crescent make more bags, because they did so well on the construction of this!!

An honest, more technical review
Starting from the front the first thing you come to is a flap. This is gusseted and is large enough to securely hold a large sized, medium weight jacket. I can just wad it up and shove it in there (one of the reasons I wanted the bag).Directly above that is a small pouch. Interestingly enough it's not zippered but rather is held closed by a magnetic catch. While this may sound cool I really wasn't sure what to use it for. It needed to be something I use often that I can just grab real quick but not something I may need because you can never be sure it won't fall out. A zippered pouch would hold items securely but with this you'd never know how or where or when you lost something. It's also not very big so safety glasses won't fit inside. The main compartment is medium sized and perfect for my use, but if you need to carry power tools like drills or ratchet guns you may want to look else were. The zippers are sturdy, however you can't just unzip the top and reach in. You pretty much have to fully unzip it to have access. There is room for your most common used hand tools and a zippered cargo net pouch for smaller items, but if you have a large tool set would be cramped. I'm a field service tech and have to work on a wide variety of equipment from all different manufactures. Everything from the latest technology in dental milling to equipment that was old back in the 90's and no longer made. As such I have to carry a lot of odd ball/custom tools which is what I wanted this for. If you're profession is more heavy machinery or construction then this isn't the bag for you.Next is the laptop compartment. A 14 inch laptop fits in here but also contacts the zipper when you go to close it. Once inside there is about a finger width between the laptop and the and the inside top of the bag. I really don't think a larger laptop will fit very well. There are two pockets, one of which will fit the charger and the other is the same size for oddball stuff. Curiously there is not zippered cargo net pouch here. This is exactly the area where you would want to put all your thumb drives and such that you can easily see and grab, but no such luck. They would either have to go in the cargo pouch in the previous compartment or hang around loose causing you to root around to find them. Defiantly a missed opportunity.Lastly we come to the shoulder straps (one of the reasons I send the bag back). The bottom of the straps are not attached at the bottom of the bag but rather about 1/3 of the way up. This makes for a smaller opening and if you're like me and want to grab the bag one handed and sling it over your shoulder you're going to have problems. Granted, I'm rather tall but my elbow could never cleanly pass through the bottom. I'd have to grab the top of the shoulder strap with one hand and the bottom with the other, pull it open some more, then slide my elbow through. I've never had this issue with any computer bag. As I would slide my arm through it would come in contact with the bag. The bag is made of a courser material (probably for durability) but this caused abrasions on my forearm and elbow (the other reason I sent it back). While not noticeable (yet) it was enough of a discomfort to make me ditch this bag.Believe me I really wanted this to work, but nope.

My EDC
Really men don’t carry a briefcase. They carry this beast. Room for pens, knives, tape measure, tools, laptop, iPad Pro, and another 30 items. Zippers and material are high quality and the backpack has held up well from over a year of daily jobsite use. It’s not light and the straps could be longer if you’re a 6’4” husky male like me, but it’s still very comfortable and can handle as much junk as you can fit in it. Worth the $.

Amazing
Hundreds of bags on the market like this ad on Amazon. Some with OK quality and some high-quality. This fits in the latter of the two. Put together really well. With tons of pockets on the outside. Get compliments from a bitch lots of people regarding it. I only have a couple things on my wish list for it. The handle itself seems flimsy as I hace about 80 pounds in mine and when its extended and under load, I feel like it’s going to bend and break. Also, the placement of the pockets inside are very minimal. I wish there were more and they’re all placed on the front wall which is not my idea of a good place for them all to be located. Lastly, it be nice if you could purchase additional pocket or something to add to the carrier or exterior can I can build your own thing

Awesome tool bag.
I like how the top of the bag opens wide and has magnets to hold the lid open. Wheels are pretty strong and roll nice! It also had a handle which makes it easy to take it in and out of my work van.
