Disappointing...dead after a few months with very little use.
I really liked this light until it quit on me today (after 6 months). So out of curiosity I opened it up to try and figure out why it stopped working. Turns out the wiring was poorly soldered to the battery connectors without any support/reinforcement, on top of being too short. So whenever the light gets flipped up, the wires are being pulled on. For 40 bucks this shouldn't be an issue.

Good thing
I like this electric light because it's wireless so it's easy to carry.

Last a long time on a 2 amp battery. Brightness is decent.
I use a 2.0 amp battery on this light and it will last me all day. I don't keep it turned on the total 8 hour work day, but a 5 amp battery will definitely last 8 solid hours.

Used less than 5 times, stopped working - Update
Seemed well built when I first got it, but has died after very little use, less than 5 times and only for an hour or two total.Didn't realize the vendor only offers a 30 day warranty, would have stayed away.Another note, the Makita batteries (currently the description says for Milwaukee batteries?) do not fit well.Very difficult to remove.Update:Like Patrick said, the wires are too short and seem to be too small a gauge as well.I replaced the wires with a larger gauge and did a better solder job.Was the devil to put back together, but it works now.(No reply from the vendor.... hmmmmmm)
