I’ve spent countless hours trying to install my gate with no success, and have been calling the number in the instruction manual for over a week with no response (also messaged the team on Facebook). My gate arrived and seems to have been used (and repackaged). The striker body came with a broken latch, no gate stop, and a template drilling guide with holes that are more narrow than the gate itself. It’s taken me longer to assemble the gate than to install the actual fence itself. Perhaps this can be remedied if I could talk to someone about the issue, but it seems I’m running out of options. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing any products from poolfence DIY - gate a fence included.
