Accelerate Anti-Blister Running Socks for Men and Women

I am an active senior and diabetic. Exercise and running are some of the therapies that keep my blood sugar in check. If you're a diabetic, your feet are critical to your overall health. If you get blisters on them, they are difficult to heal and can fester into something much worse. I bought the Rockay socks because they claim to keep the blisters away and they have good compression qualities to improve the blood flow in the foot which keeps the swelling down. I have been using them for about two weeks now and am blister-free. Even after several times in the washer, they have maintained their compression quality and comfort. Just make sure to read the washing instructions and treat them well. These Rockay socks have become my best friend for being able to stay active and stay healthy.

Overall, I think this is a good product but could be made great with a just a few changes. My feedback on the product:Sizing: I am a true size 7 in women’s and ordered according to the chart.  The socks seemed a bit big to me.  The arch support was sufficiently tight (felt good), but the toe box and heel felt much too loose in comparison.  There seemed to be excess fabric around my toe box.  I might have been better served going with a smaller size but wanted to order based on the size chart.  Love the tight band around the ankle.Materials and Quality:  Everything felt to be of good quality.  The only thing I would have preferred is just a bit of padding/cushion in the heel and ball of footColor: I ordered the purple/grey which is very pretty but would love to see an all black version!

Right out of the package these are my new favorite compression socks. The material is soft and comfortable, without being irritating or overly tight yet they provide a great amount of compression and cushioning. I tried them out at the gym a couple of times while on the treadmill, stationary bike, and when strength training -- no slipping down when working out and they didn't dig into my ankles either.Then I took them to Mexico on vacation. They were not only great to wear on the plane to keep my feet from swelling, but they held up well on a 5-mile hike through the rain and mud. I never had any trouble with hotspots or blisters and even though my trail running shoes were FULL of sand when we finished, I didn't have any sand inside my socks. Unlike other synthetic materials, they didn't stink after wearing them and rinsed out easily in the sink for the next use. I could have gotten away without washing them but they were filthy from the hike.The ecowhite color is great too. A nice light grey that doesn't look dingy after getting them dirty yet doesn't stand out like bright white can if you're not wearing white shoes. Will definitely be buying more!

Okay, they're socks right. But as socks go, these do exactly what they're supposed to do. I'm a runner and the problems I have with socks in general are legion. They bunch up, they slip and cause blisters, they hold sweat (sweating is my superpower). But after having bought a pair of these I can say that so far I'm having none of these problems. These do what they're supposed to and they're built for runners. And listen I get it, they're socks, right, and these are a bit expensive as socks go. But, so far these are worth the money, and if I can pick up a pair from time to time they'll come in handy for the long runs that I have a love/hate relationship.

I'm new to running so I don't know what I don't know. But as I started to add more and more distances to my run I noticed that I needed to upgrade my shoes... and then my socks. I never gave much attention to my socks, and I certainly never paid a bunch of money for "running socks" but when you're running 9+ miles regular socks don't cut it anymore. I love how these socks support my arches and make sure I don't get hot spots or blisters.

I am loving my Rockay running socks! I am a runner, rock climber and I walk A LOT and these socks have held up so well. They are comfortable, they breathe well and I got the bright neon yellow so that's fun, too! It doesn't matter if you are super active or not, if you want a pair of socks that are going to last, these are your best bet. I love that my feet can breathe in them and I haven't gotten any blisters in all my activity. There's nothing worse than feeling slowed down by your gear. These socks honestly make me feel like my performance is enhanced.

They are comfortable and made with love The quality of these socks are spot on! I usually have the issue with low cut socks I get huge blisters with chafing but not with these socks. True to size. Hot days lead to hot feet. Tried these out based on a bit of research and they quickly became my favorite socks to run in. The ride is cushy without feeling bulking in my shoes. Sweat wicks nicely so blisters are no more.I have a US size 11 shoe and bought the Large fearing an XL would have too much bulk. I'm happy with the pick as I like a snug sock. It stretches and I keep them out of the dryer just in case. I could see getting an XL for my next pair to compare.
