came on time, unbroken, and seems like it’s the actual product. my hair has been bleached so many times and usually i have to put extra hair oil in it to make it manageable, but ever since i’ve started using this conditioner, i haven’t needed to use any extra products and my hair feels just as good as if i added extra hair oil (i don’t heat style my hair though). this is definitely more than what i usually pay for conditioner but i really love it, and since a little goes a long way, it feels like a worthy investment.how i would recommend using it (for reference: i have heavily damaged fine hair, and my scalp gets pretty oily fairly quickly): three or four pumps, apply first to the middle/ends of your hair and then apply whatever’s left to your scalp. leave it in for however long you want, but the longer you leave it, the better the outcome. my hair was truly dead on impact from my last bleach session, and the only way i can run my comb through it post shower is if i apply the conditioner to my whole head. just make sure to wash well!!

My sister, who is a hairdresser, usually gets this product for me, but cause of COVID, I decided to get online. She highly recommended this conditioner cause I put my hair through the ringer with tints, blowdrys, and hot curlers. With COVID, I haven’t had to do all that, but I’ve gotten lazy so I don’t wash my hair as often so get tangles. The conditioner not only has kept my hair healthy and shiny from previous abuse, but literally takes out all my tangles. Just leave conditioner on for a couple of minutes then run my fingers through my hair and it gets out rat’s nest like tangles. Leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth.

Firstly, I did not receive what is pictured here. I received a tub and not a pump bottle which would be easier and what I expected. The only reason I ordered this product is because my long-time hair dresser uses this as deep conditioner for me. It's a great conditioner as long as you wash it out. Sometimes I use a bit of wash-out conditioner as a leave in but I wouldn't suggest to use this as a leave in-no good.

had this introduced to me at a high end salon after yuko japenese straightening experience. Which , I have received SO many compliments on. They used this conditioner and advised on purchasing it. Well , its like magic. It leaves my hair sooooo silky even in the shower after i wash it out. does not tangle my hair (as some other products), and smells great. My hair is shiny and healthy appearing. Doesnt look dry from being chemically treated at all. I am really happy They have this here online, instead of me having to go all the way to the salon. I have tried kerastase, which smells lovely! but doesnt deliever the same quality results as yuko. I alternate this with other products, such as alterna caviar (given its sulfate/phthalate/paraben free). I opened this bottle and it smells and is viscous just as the one I got from the salon. My only issue is that I ordered the shampoo with this and that I have to wait a few more days for, which could have been shipped in the same box as this?Its alright, this product is so amazing , it works well enough with any shampoo.

My favorite conditioner by far. I use purple shampoo which really dries out my hair. This conditioner brings it back to life and I love the smell! 10/10. Buy it!!

I've been wanting to write a review from this product for a long time, but this week I finally had to do it. This product is above average quality, wash your hair, towel-dry it and apply the conditioner. I've done Brazilian blowout by myself but that was not the reason I got the product. I wanted nice healthy smooth hair. When my hair was normal it did what I expected, I was using it twice a week and the hair was nice and smooth, but I've done the tragic mistake of trying to go red hair and I used developer twice in a very short period of time, so a lot of my hair fell off and what was left on my head was completely fried. I have curly hair and my hair felt like I had burnt it with a candle ;( so I used this product twice to help bring my hair back to life, but it did not help as I expected. I tried Kerastase Masquintense the next day and \ if Yuko helped my hair 10%, Kerastase helped 40%. So it is perfect for your everyday hair, but when you really need help you can't really count on it.

i got my hair japanese straightened for the second time, and the part that had been processed twice got rather damaged (the person who did it wasnt paying a ton of attention and broke off a lot of the ends of my hair as he was straightening it). i have long hair and didnt want to cut a lot of it off, so i tried this conditioner somewhat out of desperation. it's great. seriously. other heavy duty conditioners make my hair too greasy, but this doesnt do that at all. my hair looks tremendously healthier as compared to before (it's now shinier, the split ends created by the idiot hair stylist are not noticeable, it's smoother, etc), and i can walk out the door with it wet and it it dries really well.the jar is quite large and you dont need to use a ton, so the price is actually not *too* terrible (although yes, it is expensive).
