This has been extremely useful for my husband who has Parkinson’s and is required to take many pills. It keeps us on track and on time with doses. It is easy to open. I love the colors for each day. The alarm is easy to set and use. You can also remove the alarm if you want. The pill cavities have lots of room. This has been a wonderful and useful product for meds.

I take about a dozen pills each morning, and this organizer fits everything comfortably without being bulky. I love that each day’s compartment detaches—super handy for tossing in my purse or taking on trips. There’s also a separate compartment for rescue meds, which is such a thoughtful touch. The built-in alarm is a nice bonus—even though I usually rely on my phone, having a backup is perfect for forgetful mornings. Overall, it’s sturdy, practical, and makes managing my meds a lot easier!

I like this pill organizer. It has an extra little compartment that you can hold pills you might not need to take every day. The alarm is a little annoying and doesn't allow you to set it for just certain days and there is no pause on the alarm in case you don't need an alarm the following day/days. I would buy this again if they upgraded the clock/alarm.

I have a memory like a vault..I can put things in it, but can't remember where I put the combination, so I need reminders to help me out.This pill box alarm concept is good, the 15 compartments for 7 day 2 alarms daily, and an extra box for storage is common in meds. Containers. HOWEVER, the alarm on the particular one I have of this med box has an Alarm so low and weak that I have missed alarms several times. Just room noise will completely block out the alarm alert. YES, I have changed the batteries out more than once, but it didn't improve the volume.I now have my phone set as a backup alarm , but I shouldn't have to do that if the alarm I paid for was just a lot louder. As I stated, the concept is good, but the weak alarm has me searching for a different med box with alarm. No, I can't say this has been reliable for me.

Absolutely love this. Helps me remember with the alarm. It does not come with batteries which is fine as I had some on hand. Great for AM/PM reminders. Highly recommend if you have busy schedules and forget like I do. Timer can also be removed so you have it next to you as well. Each day is also removable for on the go. Easy to use and very great quality.

Time doesn’t display unless you push the button, and so far the alarm hasn’t worked at all. Tried new batteries and still didn’t work. Also, the only time I did get the alarm to work was during set up to test the sound, and it’s a high pitch sound not as loud as I expected, but also… women are more likely to wake to the high pitch sounds where men do not, hence that’s why men can sleep through a baby crying… the individual I got this for is a male and he can’t hardly hear it at all. And he isn’t hard of hearing this was more for a reminder of the time he is suppose to take his medicine

Best invention out there. Bought this for my grandma who forgets a lot. Was super easy to set up. Gives us peace of mind that she is getting what she needs.

This pill organizer was perfect for my grandmother she has problems remember if if she took her pills but with this she is able to have something to do at the start of the week and her pills are taken on time!
