Got what I expected, well packaged and arrived in good time. I have had these sandals before and they are great.

Comfortable straps, bad sandal
The wide straps are comfortable and the fastening mechanism is great, but the footbed is huge and clunky, the arch support is extreme, and the heel cup is tall and narrow. I'm not sure why Chaco insists on using a big rubber brick for their footbed but it doesn't work.
