ADC - 619FL Adscope Lite 619 Ultra Lightweight Clinician Stethoscope with Tunable AFD Technology, Rose Quartz

I’ve had this stethoscope for well over a year. I work as a vet tech and so I’m always heavily disinfecting it, having it knocked off of me, and sometimes even chewed on! And it’s still working great . The color is the same, it’s light, durable, the color is cute, and for the price I think it works amazing. I can easily auscultate heart murmurs, and arrhythmias. My only complaint is the ear pieces broke cuz I rip the stethoscope off of me/it gets ripped off of me from time to time. But luckily there’s extras! Genuinely love this thing, and have nothing else negative to say. <3

I’m a RN in the MICU (Medical ICU) and do frequent assessments on my patients so I essentially wear my stethoscope most of the day around my neck. One of the main features that I love is how lightweight it is and honestly I hear just fine out of it. On my assessments, I listen to the breath and bowel sounds mostly but I will also listen to heart sounds as well. I’m not going to lie, I’m not the best at hearing a murmur or other abnormalities. I mainly listen for the lub dub sound. I will say that I do love the color choices that this particular stethoscope has to offer. I was having a hard time on deciding which one I really wanted. There was 3-4 colors that I really liked. I almost bought two of them as I’m a very indecisive person to begin with and the price isn’t bad at all. I think the color I chose was blue ice, which is a light see-through blue color. Really cool!! I’ve never seen these colors before with a quality stethoscope! I’m very satisfied with this purchase and may just have to buy that 2nd one I was thinking about!! Lol

I used this for nursing school and found it very helpful. You have to have a somewhat discerning ear, though. When I say you'll hear everything, I mean you'll likely ausciltate everything at once, it doesnt matter which structure the bell is immediately over. Heart, sounds, lung sounds, crepitus, some gastric noises, your own knuckles cracking as you adjust your grip, etc.This stethescope has very clear sound quality, its durable while remaining extremely light weight. It comes in unique colors which will prevent other people from mistakenly or intentionally taking your particular stetchescope. I think that the quality for the price is wonderful.This would not be a good stethescope for someone who has never ausciltated heart or lung sounds before. Think about listening to an orchestra with different harmonies, you could pick out the sounds of each instrument playing if you had heard each instrumemt played in isolation prior to the ensamble. My first stethescope (from another brand) broke which brought me to this one.I managed to rely on it 5 days a week for 8 months without any signs of wear. I recommend it as a cheap backup or learning stethescope for those who can diffrentiate body systems and their unique sounds.

The media could not be loaded. This stethoscope is the best I've ever had because of its functionality and style. It's as comfortable as a stethoscope can rationally be. I recommend it for those who don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a stethoscope for nursing school. This nursing student approves!

I am a respiratory therapist. I use my stethoscope a lot. I like this one. It is light weight and cute. Sound quality is not quite as good as my pervious littmann but i dont worry about losing this one or breaking it. If a littmann classics sound quality is a 8 or 9 out of 10 this one is maybe a 7. So close but not quite as clear and easy to hear through. Also in the time ive had this one i do not notice a bend in the stethoscope from wearing it around my neck like i did with my littmann. It also seems to hold up to the cleaning i give it with cavi wipes every shift. Does come with replacement ear pieces and a diaphragm.

Very comfortable, light and easy to use. Works like a charm
