For Phone and Keys
I bought one of these many years ago and I still find it very useful for running, but the stretch had gone away. The only thing I like less than the last version is the latch is harder to use. Perhaps they redesigned the latch to make it harder to accidentally open it. In any case I really like this for running!

Nice size, replaces former amphipod pack
I've used amphipod on runs for years. Not all the time, and not very often. But at times when I want to bring my phone (i.e. when traveling and concerned about getting lost) or hotel key or small wallet. The zipper was wearing on my old pack. I was absolutely delighted with this product because it is slightly larger and my cell phone fits so much easier in it. This is better for the newer phones which tend to be a little larger. The color is a bit bright, but what I appreciate is I can always find it in my gym bag!

It's just ok
1) the material works is good2) once and if you get the belt adjusted, it doesn't bounce, which is good3) an iPhone 11, with case, barely fits. I like to put my phone in a ziplock bag, adding the ziplock it becomes very difficult to close the zipper4) did I mention the belt adjustments.......they are not very easy to figure out.....I went on a run, thought I needed to get it a bit tighter, I messed up and made it looser, I could not get it back right, ended up having to carry my waist belt in my hands (fail)Would I recommend it? NO

Perfect for local runs!
I finally joined the "smartphone" crowd last year, and needed a way to carry my Samsung Galaxy S3 when running in order to better track my runs. After a bit of online research, I placed an order for the Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack.I normally run 3 days per week, totalling 10-20 miles per week - depending on what I'm training for. I have a 29-30" waist, so I was a little concerned about fit.I've been using the Amphipod for over a year now, and I'm happy to report no issues. The capacity is all I've needed for my smartphone + impact protection. There is a neoprene divider splitting the pocket into two sections, and I'll sometimes place ID cards, individual keys, and such in the outer pocket if needed. My Gymboss interval timer clips perfectly onto the belt, as does a small OC spray to deter aggressive canines. If I need to carry more than that, It's usually because I'm running far enough that I need to carry water - in which case, I grab the Camelback instead. I'd call it the perfect minimalist pack for any run that doesn't require carrying water.I was a little concerned about taking my smartphone running in the rain, but after multiple wet excursions I can now do so with confidence. If it's raining, I wrap my smartphone in a ziploc bag before placing in in the Amphipod - it will need the protection when you take it out of the Amphipod to start/stop timers or make other entries. Each time, the phone and bag emerge from the inner neoprene pocket perfectly dry. Perspiration has likewise not been an issue.I tend to wear the Amphipod over my running pants, so I can't speak to its comfort against skin. I occasionally have to re-adjust the belt tension in between runs. I run with the pocket at the small of my back and buckle up front, all covered beneath a running shirt. I've had no bouncing, comfort, or chafing problems wearing the Amphipod on runs of up to 10-15 miles.I don't run with headphones/ear buds, so I can't speak to such use. With over 500 miles of use/abuse in all 4 seasons, my Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack shows no signs of wear and still fits the way it did the day I first buckled it on. Highly recommended!

Perfect for running/walking
This bag is great! It fits my iPhone 12 pro max, car key, credit cards. If you’re only looking to carry a few things, this is a great bag. It also can be tightened down so it doesn’t bounce. I’ve bought 4 extras for my friends/family and they all love them!

This is a good waist pack
This is a good waist pack. The stretchy belt is adjustable and ensures a snug, bounce-free fit. The buckle is of good quality and secure so you will not have to worry about it coming undone. The pouch is made of neoprene to protect any items you may be carrying and covered in mesh to provide ventilation between the pouch and you. I have tried wearing it against my bare skin and it is comfortable: no chafing or uncomfortable rubbing. It is towards the minimal end of the spectrum however: there is a single zippered pocket and enough room for three, maybe four power bars. One or two if you wanted to carry your phone (I have an iphone 4 and would have to remove the case in that situation, however) On top of both situations, there would be enough room for a car key and ID to slide in. I would not recommend over stuffing of the pouch since the zipper, although it seems solid and of good quality, is smaller and not what I would call "heavy duty". Overall, it is a very good pack for shorter runs or race day (it's light, low profile, and comfortable to wear, even on bare skin). If you want to have plenty of room for things such as keys, wallet, fuel, and phone, then you may want to look for something larger. If you only need to carry a card, one or two keys, a phone (w/o case) and a couple (2 max) power bars, then this case should work just fine. I've added a photo to give an idea of how large the pouch is.
