I ordered two the first was perfect and beautiful. However the second was wrapped while too wet and has mold on it and will take considerable effort to make right. I work with wood so know the difference between except able discoloration as they would have you believe and unacceptable mold.

The appearance looks sturdy! Is stunning for piece of decor for the kitchen!

Solid and stunning as a functional and a aesthetic kitchen tool. I think I need to get mineral oil to keep it beautiful...I am worried about it drying out. I avoid the dishwasher for sure.
