I’ve tried virtually every tea going, no taste like this
I’ve used this tea for many years now. I was desperate during the last 18 months when i could not find it. Tried many alternative teas but nothing gets close!!!

These new square bags seem to be almost a different product, no way as good as the old round ones
Which were brilliant, and which I'd drunk for 25 years - they had a lovely delicate flavour, but these lack that for me & seem nothing out of the ordinary. It's also annoying that they come in pairs of two which are attached to each other, so you have to tear them apart (not risk free!) if you only want one. I'm afraid I'll be seeking alternatives now. There is also no information given on the bag casing, and these days it's an important consideration for me to look for unbleached bags with no plastic content (free of epichlorohydrin, which is a chemical some manufacturers add to prevent the bags from breaking down quickly).

It didn't arrive
Well I know this is great tea as I've bought it from shops many time and on-line once before. But this time it didn't arrive from Amazon, although the site says it was delivered to customer, and now I can't find anyway to report a problem. I guess I left it too late. Well that was expensive.

Quality , not this time .
Having bought ridgeway before .I felt very confident in my purchase . However the tea bags weren't round and a fair bit of powdery residue . The flavour is just okay nothing like previous purchases . Definitely not full grade . Sadly have bought a bundle . Tried to get less as first not possible :/

Long time since I've had a good cup of tea
I was so disappointed when Tesco stopped doing their own organic tea bags, they were my favourite and I'd been using them for years. They were only selling one kind of organic tea bags at that point, and I didn't enjoy that brand at all. After trying various other makes, I rediscovered Ridgways organic teabags while looking for something to add to my Amazon subscriptions - what a relief it was to find them too. A very enjoyable and satisfying cup of tea, which I haven't seen in the supermarkets for a long time. I have put it on subscription so I don't run out.
