DirectGlow 16oz UV Blacklight Reactive Fluorescent Acrylic Paints (12 Color Assortment)

I ordered the red color and could not be happier. I've purchased black-light-reactive paint from a variety of sellers and they all, essentially, match the same color as this red. However, I didn't want to have to buy a whole pack of colors over and over just to stock up on one quantity, which is where the DirectGlow paint comes in. At 16oz, this paint is an absolute bargain.Because it is fluorescent, high brightness, high saturation red, the paint is going to always trend toward the pink side. That's just how fluorescence works. I can see how people who are not familiar with color and paint theory would be disappointed and find the colors to be "off," or not as expected. Under blacklight, it does glow a very vivid red. Again, though, depending on the brightness of the reflectivity, what you see based on this "red" might not be what you are expecting in your mind. As an example, I've used fluorescent orange before and cameras picked it up as red because of the background colors and the intensity of the fluorescent paint. In-person, though, the orange is definitely orange. This fluorescent red has the same characteristics.At the end of the day, if you want a true, pure red, you likely do not want a fluorescent red. The brighter the fluorescence in red, the more "pink" it's going to appear in daylight, so just be warned. In the twilight, though, this red practically shines because it's so intense and pure, and it worked perfectly for my unique needs.

This glows so bright, it literally looks like a nightlight under the fluorescent light. 100% recommend!

I love this paint I painted my rug, curtains, pillows, table. It's Amazing!Wish it was glow in the dark too. That's the reason for 4 star review.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is not as described. Not anything near red. Fluorescent orange is the actual color. So, if your looking for red... try something different. The paint does fluoresce well under black light. Other than the color issue this seems to be a quality paint which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Perfect for what I needed it for but pricey

I bought the white because it was described having a blue glow and it has that greenish glow that you get from the glow-in-the-dark stars you stick on the wall not happy

This product was advertised as glowing under UV (black) light, that is misleading. I purchased it for painting an outdoor game board and the paint glows under black light when it's WET, but not when it's dry. So, complete waste of money and time, totally disappointed. Do not recommend if you expect it to glow under UV black lights.
