Overall this smartwatch is a bargain, packed with functionality you typically see in high end brands; making this watch a great value with some minor flaws.The packaging was very basic, a small black box, with all of the included accessories, the watch itself was protected with foam padding. I am impressed with the build quality. Obviously at this price range, you shouldn’t expect top grade materials, but to my surprise, it’s constructed from a lightweight aluminum. The functionality buttons are made of chrome plastic, and the band is made from a flexible and very durable silicone type of plastic. Included in the packing is platic screen protector which is nice for keeping your screen from scratching. The screen itself, although it’s low resolution, the contrast, sharpness and overall brightness is impressive and exceeded my expectations. Even under direct sunlight, the screen is very visible and functional. Also, the screen is in fact a touch screen, and so far it’s worked very well, but no haptic feedback, which is also expected within this price range. Battery life is surprisingly decent, the package included two (2) replaceable Lithium-ion batteries; both 380mAh Capacity. I experienced about two days of standby usage and a whole day of moderate usage, with the Bluetooth connectivity pairing on. The battery itself fully charges in about 3 hours. The operating system is based off an android kernel, similar to that of Samsung smartwatches but the functionality and Connectivity leaves much to be desired. It does connect to my iPhone and Android phones with any issues but you have to download a sketchy app to make it work properly. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to and the watch itself is aesthetically pleasing. At this price point, I highly recommend this watch!

If the watch wasn't so cheap ($US28), I would be livid.For starters, it wouldn't power up. It came with a battery in the package, but the instructions gave no clue how to install the battery. I finally discovered how to remove the back of the watch on my own, only to find a completely discharged battery already installed. After charging for a while the watch powered up.Then the instructions said to scan a QR code to find the software to sync with my phone. There was NO QR CODE IN THE INSTRUCTIONS!I checked My Orders on Amazon to get more information only to discover that the picture of the watch in My Orders was completely different from the one I actually ordered and received, so I chatted with a helpful Amazon Customer Support named Keethsuma. She referred me to email the seller, with the caveat the answer might take a couple of days.In the interim, I finally found the QR code via an obscure icon in the watch interface. I had to install a QR code reader on my phone to scan the QR code. It took me to a page that offered a Google Play store app. It had been removed from Play Store, but there was a link to a backup URL, so I tapped that link and downloaded an executable file. My attempt to run the installation was blocked by my Kaspersky security software because Kaspersky blacklisted it as malware.Certain apps on the watch itself issue a message "SimValley Smart Watch app required". This app is rated 2.4/5 on Google Play with many cautionary reviews that it does nothing, while running malware in the background and sucking the juice out of your phone battery. There is no instruction of how to install this mess in the phone itself.I finally found an app called Smart Watch Sync which took care of the syncing issues, in part. The watch still requires a SD card for several functions. That wasn't mentioned in the description or the instructions, much less how to install it (underneath the battery). Same for a SIM card, if you want to use one.Also, the battery ran out 2/3s through the first day. Sooo...End result? A decent smart watch for $28, but much less than advertised, and it sucks if you aren't tenacious and bit technically adept.

This is a smartwatch. It's a piece of junk and I'm sending it back. The letsfit/letscom type watches are so much better and actually can be considered a fitness device.

Got it for someone as a gift. Was really pretty useless. Ended up replacing it with a regular watch. The directions were useless. App even more useless. Never did find any real use for it.

This is horrible, I've bought several smart watches in the past, never having problems pairing with my phone, this watch is nearly impossible to connect to my phone!
