really easy to use, short stems, great for motorbike or areas with limited access. actual installation tool feels well made and pivot pin is easily replaceable if it ever snapped. made really quick work of changing two motorbike tyre stems that the local bike place wanted to charge me close to £50 for. (p.s. if your struggling to reseat the tyre afterwards, put a ratchet strap around the tyre and tighten gently, this will make inflating a breeze!

Replacement of tubeless tyre rim valve

Easy to use, great value. Not bad quality tools tyre valve stem tool was quite long, so wouldn't fit between the valve and the center hub. I ended up cutting it to fit.

A comprehensive set of bits that I used for replacing the valve on a ride on mower wheel, which was damaged when removing an overly tight 'lock-on' inflator connection. The ten valves came with inserts and caps on them, in addition to the 10 spare caps and 10 spare inserts. The valves are short stem, so check they will suit your application. As well as wanting a replacement valve, I wanted the hinged 'puller' to pull the valve through the hole in the wheel. The thread in the puller was poorly cut and had to be introduced to the thread on the valve very carefully indeed to avoid crossing and damaging threads (minus 1 star). The rivet at the hinge in the puller has been poorly executed and may affect its useful life (minus another star). The valve rubber seems a bit soft, but has located and sealed. Not sure whether these valves are soft enough to be inserted using the tapered 'funnel' that some advocate for fitting without breaking the tyre seal from the wheel. Warning for home users, having broken the seal between tyre and wheel, it may (if you are unlucky) take a bigger rate of delivery of air than you can achieve at home to enable resealing of tyre to wheel. I've replaced a single valve at home on a piece of garden equipment, justifying the modest cost of this kit - and I have some extra bits and tools that may be helful in future on bicycle, wheelbarrow and mower tyres. Good value, despite poor quality.
