Love the bright light on the loupe which helps my failing eyes see the details I need to see in my coins. Great value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Everything about this loupe is great. The plastic container is hinged with a hasp and holds the loupe securely and safely, dust free. The loupe is made from solid stainless, seems durable and is heavyweight for its size. Both the regular and UV lamps offer strong light sources (so nice to have that UV for those specimens that fluoresce). The mag is 40x, strong enough for me to see teeny, tiny crystallization nicely. Great product, well worth the price.

It's a nice lens but the problem is that the light is too bright for how close you must be to be in focus. Glare can be too much when reflected from a polished metal. I use it mostly w/o the light and it's great in natural light.

I love this product not only does the jewelry is obvious diamonds or fake this is a very highly recommended items to use if you a jeweler the brightness is amazing the light quality is incredible very high quality item magnification is incredible I would highly recommend again and again

Nice little product to have in my home. I you're like me and taking pictures of labels with your phone and enlarging the image to read the label, you should have this. I bought it to look at some coins but see it coming in handy for several household uses.

I didn't know what to expect from a $12 (as I write this) jeweler's loupe, but it works well enough for me! I'm not sure how accurate the "30X magnification" claim is as it seems off, but once I figured out how to use this, I was able to get a nice close-up view of my knife edges, which is the main reason why I purchased it. I'm refining my knife sharpening technique and being able to see scratch patterns, micro-chips, sharpening errors, etc has been a game changer.The only nag is the light seems to have a bit of a faulty connection because sometimes it will flicker. Usually shutting it off/on again seems to resolve it.
